Original Comment	My computer had a virus and so I purchased a virus removal service from Mcfee, was on hold for 60 additional minute before I was connected and then they could not fix the problem because the virus had disabled the internet piece. That was explained at the beginning so the service should not have been sold. I wasted over 1 1/2 hours of my time. I have had issues since purchase of the virus protection. No support! Very frustrating!
