Original Comment	I have found Snapfish customer service very friendly and very responsive. They resolve issues very quickly and do not make it difficult to deal with them. It doesn't matter that it is outsourced, the customer service is very good and perhaps everyone needs to be kinder to customer service....and they will be kind to you too!
