I've just been on hold with Customer Support for 35 minutes, according to my phone clock. What about offering the option, after the 2nd or 3rd "all operators are busy" announcement, of leaving a voicemail message? Or at least some non-annoying music or a pulse tome to let us know the call hasn't been dropped already? This is a security concernwher goig to Forums just won't help -- -- I need to speak to a Googler.
