i don't have problem with my device but i am extremely hurt with the behavior of the salesman of samsung cafe(mulund east).at first he didn't show me the device i wanted to buy then when i complained to him just after buying the device he charged me extra rs.3000-4000 extra.i want my extra money back as well as he first gave me a used cover and said it was the last piece and when i told him i will buy sometime later he gave me a new one immediately from his own shop.these people spoil tyhe brands name. i want strict action against these people who fool customers .thanking you.
