Comcast is the worst company ever!! I wish I could boycott them and encourage some other cable company to take there place. I had to get comcast because my new apartment doesn't get the signal for the dish. My first bill started on the day I wanted service but actually I didn't receive service until 2 weeks later but the first bill still showed that that's when I started receiving service even though I called and told them do not charge me because I had not yet gotten any service. They sent me a faulty box that didn't work and I had to go to a store and return it and then pay for the technician to come hook it up. so when I called because there is no way that if I have only had service for 3 weeks that my first bill is $356!!!! And they totally made me pay that!!! Even though I had no service!!! reps are horrible and so is management. I HATE COMCAST!!!!
