My husband has been on hold for 1 hr 41 mins. This is totally unacceptable. Where does this failing company get off allowing your customers to have to endure this much wait time. I see your MO, after you make your purchase then your obvious attitude is " let me wait, we don't care". I suspect with an attitude like that you won't be in business much longer. We took a chance on one of your AV receivers and we are regretting our choice. This is the worst service we've ever had to tolerate and endure. This company rates an F minus for customer service. Shameful, pathetic and disgusting. More service reps need to be hired immediately. A scathing, caustic review awaits you. I will tell all my friends about our experience and discourage them from purchasing your products. I hope my husband changes his mind and returns the receiver. It's so not worth having to put up with the shittiest service I've ever had. Still holding.......
