I have bought an NP530U3C in August 2012 and has never worked well. I took it three times to Samsung repair service, London and each time they've returned back saying they've fixed the problem. In reality, they had never fixed the real problem of replacing the CPU unit, which is what was faulty from the factory, and they just waited for warranty period to expire so that I need to pay for the repair costs. When I spoke to their customer service representative, I was just two weeks outside the 18 months warranty period and the staff was extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate. This is the last time I would ever buy a Samsung product as it is clear to me that they don't care about their clients and the quality of the service is appalling.
