Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.



I have been on the phone for 30 minutes .2 service reps have disconnected my chat session as i was typing. My phone was deactivated . I have auto withdrawal from my bank and there is almost 900$ in the account. The first rep names PRIME... stated my card was declined..... then disconnected me before i could respond as I WAS TYPING..



The 2nd rep named ADDY apologized but IGNORED my question.....stated same thing. My bank says there is nothing wrong with my card...

I am disabled and need my phone. Your company can not survive treating customers this way..



I was told by Addy to call a number for help.Please tell whoever trained ADDY that a person whose phone has been deactivated CAN NOT call ANYONE..



Your remote answering service when i dial " 1" on my phone asks me for a credit card , but the recording goes over and over and never lets one enter CC info..... Horrible Customer service....
