This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. After they could not get my auto-refill correct 6 months in a row, I called to cancel the service. The man had such a heavy accent, I asked him repeatedly to slow down. After 5 attempts at that, I asked to speak to someone else, and he refused. I finally just hung up, and he started calling me back. Each time he called, I told him to leave me alone, I would talk to the corporate office. I finally had to turn my phone off completely. NEVER USE STRAIGHT TALK IF YOU CAN HELP IT!
