TERRIBLE SERVICE: I renewed my current subscription in March 2014. It told me today that it expired 7 days ago. I have the order confirmation number for the renewal, so I called customer service to correct the issue. Net: after spending over an hour on the phone w/Gerorge Thomas who showed me everything on my computer that was supposedly corrupted and then offering me a plan to keep the computer safe for a 7 yr period at an additional cost of $130. I told him no less than 5 times that I wanted McAfee Total Protection installed and that's all. Totally frustrating now 1 1/2 hours & McAfee is installed. NOTE:I had to ask to speak with the supervisor before he even started the install, I assume because I didn't buy into his bait & switch routine.
