I bought a microwave Dec. 18/2013 and March 18/2014 it stopped working. The Service Man was here 5 times in the last month to try and fix it to no avail, he requested a new one... to add insult to injury I was told after being on the phone for 4 hours that the procedure is now I have to wait another 4 weeks for them to replace it... OMG ..I cannot tell you how frustrated I am with Samsung.. NEVER will I buy another appliance from them...they do not care about their customers and their customer relations suck...
