There service was poor. When I originally contacted them they provided me with different means of contacting them again, causing me to spend more time on hold then getting actual help. The individual on the phone insisted that she "understood" but would turn around and didn't know what I was talking about. Numerous times I had to explain that I was not at work so sending me emails would do me no good at that time. When I spoke with a manager he seemed to be upset that he had to get on the phone. It would have been less aggravating if they would have just admitted that there customer HELP desk, does not in fact help but have you repeat yourself over and over again.They refer you to the online chats who then refer you to the telephone help desk. My questions were still not answered after spending 45 minutes explain the problem. I wish everyone the best of luck in getting any actual help from a MircoSoft Help desk.
