Advised I would have to pay $9.00 for technical assistance with my Panasonic Viera model number # TC-P42S30. I will NEVER purchase another product from them this is the first time I needed assistance with them and since the television is 3 years old and out of warranty. They want to charge for assistance I have one other Panasonic plasa television and this latest one will be my last. It was hard to get a live person and when I did no further assistance unless I paid. Thank goodness for friends but I should not have to find a friend to assist me I should be able to contact them directly and not get the run around. My next TV purchase will be from another manufacturer as I am a not a satisfied customer.
