Thank you for taking the time to bring this review to our attention.

My complaint is simple, your cashiers do not know how to say Thank you or rarely even speak to the customer. They send off an attitude that they are doing the customer a favor by scanning their merchandise and taking their payment. I just came from the Lancaster, CA store and competed the entire transaction without hearing a single from the cashier other than stating the amount I owed. This is commonplace behavior by 90% of all cashiers still Costco. According to President Obama, they are well paid. The words Thank you are the only words that show the customer that their business is appreciated. I believe in those two simple words that are so rarely used by all retail clerks today. Maybe Costco should start a revolution of sorts and terminate any of your staff that are taking money from its customers and were not taught those words by their parents when growing up .
