I just cancelled installation of Direct TV in my home. Why? Because I spoke to three different people and was given three different price quotes for the Ultimate package--before, during, and after I placed the order. I spoke to a "Manager," Kelly, and explained my frustration and asked that they honor the prices I was quoted when I ordered. He would not do it so i cancelled immediately. I can't believe a company would do that. The phone conversation was recorded when i placed the order and asked them to go back to the tape and they would not. Bait and switch much? I am not a sucker.
