I made a mistake while making my reservation which resulted in me showing up late to my hotel. As a result, the hotel cancelled my reservation and Priceline forfeited not only 1 night (which seems to be the industry standard) but the whole reservation's worth. When I called them about it, they wouldn't even offer a partial refund in the form of a voucher. Of course they are not required to but this is the difference between good customer service and no customer service.
