I just spoke with the Blackbery Technical Support about my problem. Kevin told me that it would cost me $50.00 to correct my problem. My son just return from deployment and I was trying to take pictures of his return. It would flash and then go into download mode. I would have to wait for approx. 5 minutes between pictures. I own a Blackberry Smartphone Bold 9930 and I should not have to pay $50.00 to support to correct my problem.
