I was told by a manager that since there was a new employee that gave me information on a game that he said I didn't have to download anything. I told him I never had a game that downloads. I went home and the game didn't work because I didn't have the hard drive to download hd. I went in the next day and apparently your policy is that since it's a new game I can only trade it. I explained what happened. She told me he was new and that he probably didn't know. But she said I was still liable for the game. She told me that I paid $60 for a game that I received wrong info about and can only get $22 back. She told me I pretty much paid $40 to take it home for the night. I could never play it. This is at the gamestop at cosners corner. Fredericksburg va 22407. Maybe you should look at better training and better customer service. This is uncalled for. I have had it with this store. Nothing but problems. I'll make sure it gets around to people.
