I am very disappointed with sony. I bought a mp3 in April with a extended warranty at walmart.
my mp3 player froze on me after 6 months. I contacted walmart and was told it was still covered under sony.Sent the mp3 player to sony ..just to find out only parts (not labor) was covered. So I asked for my player to be returned so I could deal with walmart warranty.It was left at my door on Holloween. And stolen. Sony agreed to replace it with a refurbished player...still nothing.Ridiculous waiting time to get to the department that is handling this.I will never buy a sony product if I can avoid it!
