I would not ever buy another ipod from apple dealing w/ them is mersible
They are refusing to take their product. My son's Ipod was hacked & they are refusing
take care of the problem. I have proved ownership & that still is not good enough.
So my opinion there products are high priced junk & a terrible co to deal with.

Had an issue with my sons Ipod 4th gen touch. WHITE SCREEN OF DEATH. I got through to the rep told them serial number. The Ipod is still under warrenty and they are having me send this one in and sending a new one. Very please with the help I got. Never have any luck with things like this so I just wanted to say I got great service.

I have been trying repeatedly to get an answer to a very simple question. I am very unhappy . There should be simple way to find out why I keep repeating the same song on my ipod touch. I pushed a button somewhere by mistake and would like to rectify the error. So far no luck getting any help or support from ipod support.
