You are talking about reaching ADP when able to log in to find contact numbers/addresses, etc. Try being an employee not able to log in and not receiving the temporary password ADP says they sent - two hours before. Your wive logs in to her ADP account (same company) to find any contact information. Nope! There is NO link for ANY contact for ADP. Then you go to the general ADP website for contact information - and it says to sign in to get that information . . . but you can't; that information is not available even if you could; and the help you need is TO BE ABLE to sign in.

The ADP site and at least my company's ADP screens have DEFINITE problems. On the ratings requested by this website, cannot rate any category except reachability, BECAUSE not able to reach them yet (now after hours and unable until tomorrow to use the numbers provided by some kind person on this web page). I rate reachability lousy, as no information posted by them on how to reach them. And this was a semi-urgent issue. Oh, well.

Do not know what area service code all you people are dealing with,,,,,Our Company has been with ADP since 1990.

I am the only person responsible for our payroll and each time I need to ask a question or clarify an answer..I receive excellent service from ADP. I will say..I loved having service the "OLD WAY" when each company code has a teams of representatives who was familiar with services for each company code. having said that...I know progress changes the way companies do business. we have kept our services small and simple...Yet manage to provide good service thru ADP for our employees. SO.....ADP...Hats off for all the years of support and service.....!!!!!

Geonel hello my name is, I'm trying to get into ADP iPay to print my w2 to do my taxes, and when I put my pasword tells me it's wrong, I ask to change it, send me a pasword to my mail, and I put I asked for my social and my birthday, and I put it correctly says it's wrong, please help me nesecito. thank you hope you can help me

Was on hold for 19 minutes, then a very rude man asked me why I was calling this specific number. "I was requesting 2012 pay statements." Then he went to transfer me and I was hung up on.

I would love for someone to call me back, but I bet I won't get such a simple request.

Customer Service? NON exsisting!
The number doesnt connect or it tell you that the circuits are busy and when they pick up they give you the run-around service. They started deducting from the account and haven't even installed the clock. We are all done with ADP!!!!

I cancelled an online purchase I made using my ADP Aline card and the merchant credited my card but ADP refuses to post the credit. They're saying it may take up to 30 days to post! Also, they charged me 50 cents for each call and $3.00 every time I spoke with a rep about this issue. So, in other words they are penalizing me for inquiring about MY money! This is insane! I'm hating ADP right now and I'm getting rid of this card asap.

Do not get adp for your payroll services they do not have the experience they claim to have. They mishandled my account and after several calls to have them correct the problem they never did anything to fix it. Promised to much and delivered so little. I lost my workers comp insurance due to adp's negligence.

Tried calling this number and hit zero - only once since it disconnects the call. ADP sucks...I have been trying to get a simple question answered for three weeks now - customer service sounds nice but no follow through, I even spoke and emailed in writing to two district managers and nothing. Horrible customer service and they just keep debiting my checking account for their fees. I think going back to PayChex is a better idea.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON INTERNALLY WITH ADP
I HAVE ALWAYS HAD UNUSALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
THE NEW 800 NUMBER HAS HAD NO ANSWER AFTER RINGING AND RINGING ALL WEEK
I WENT ON LINE AND FOUND NEW NUMBERS TO CALL AND NO ONE COULD HELP...IT WASNT THEIR DEPARTMENT TO CHANGE AN EMPLOYEES ZIP CODE
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOTHING LIKE IT HAS BEEN IN THE PAST
THEI TEMPTS ME TO GO TO ANOTHER PAYROLL COMPANY SINCE THYE ARE ALWAYS "COURTIN
G" ME
THERE WAS NO WAY I WOULD CHANGE IN THE PAST B/C YOU WERE ALL GREAT.
5 DAYS OF AN INABILITY TO REACH ADP HAS BEEN TERRIBLE
