This is the worst customer support i have ever dealt wtih. I have been told eight different things by ten different people and noone seems to know what they are talking about. This needs to be fixed because it seems to me that you are trying to cover up your mistakes and blame the customers. This has happened many many times. I will just go back to sony because obviously microsft is very hard up for money.I have also contacted my local bbb and news station along with a lawyer due to the way I have been treated.

Well, i think Indian's you Rock.They are the best people on this earth to provide any kind of technical supporet & can speake in better english then American's..american buck up..u could never provide t tech support not even for ur country..........need to learn alot..!!!

If you get to the Xbox Live for Xbox 360 customer support, you eventually will speak to a person from the US who speaks English if you request for one.

Worst Costumer service ever. Wait 3 hours for some Indian guy who has no idea what a xbox 360 even is. Your better off talking to a squall.

what a joke, how long does it take omg. Joke of a site with no number just to talk to someone. some people dont have time in there day to deal with that. The site needs to be changed badly. need to worry about there consoles breaking down more and less on advertisement. I hope they fix this problem soon cause it is a problem.

Would be nice to speak to someone who spoke english. I called back twice to get someone who spoke english well and eventually gave up and struggled to get my 360 harddrive replaced.

I had recently contracted the "red ring of death". So I called this # at 9am ET, got right through, a tech had me run a couple reboots/resets. A box("coffin") came in the mail 2 days after, tech Support said 3-4weeks for return but I got a refurbished model in about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks.

Happy with this result and ease of support.
