What a useless company they are. Trying to port a number, but they wait for me to e-mail them to ask what progress they have made before they reply with the latest excuse.

I began with Vonage February 2009 and have had continuous problems. The connection is always poor and the service cuts in and out. I am currently with phone service and called last Thursday to request a service call. I am scheduled for next Thursday. I have purchased a new computer and printer and replaced all electrical cords. The problem is in the box that was sent to me. The yellow light only flickers. It has always been this way.

You currently have your message all over my screen and I cannot close your message. I cannot access my own email because of you blocking my screen.

I need help soon. I need someone to come and replace the faulty box I have been enduring since February. The man I spoke with said the repairman cannot bring a new box until it is determined that is the problem. That means more time wasted. This is very frustrating.

Vonage is a great phone company but they charge money fraudulently out of your credit card WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION TO THE CUSTOMER. I have made 4 calls after that to the billing (in Phillipines as that is where the calls are directed to) and they all LIE TO ME EACH TIME THAT THE COMPUTER IS MAKING A MISTAKE AND EVERY MONTH charge me US$30.00 even though I have an annual prepay plan.

They are downright stupid when it comes to transferring a number. In two days they sent me 5 e-mails asking for the Windstream CAPP pin number. Every time I supplied it to them, but it did not help. In fact, one sod replied to my reply to tell me he needs the PIN code, but it was right there in the e-mail he replied to.

IT IS NO O.K. THAT WHEN MY MOTHER SIGNED UP FOR VONAGE AND PUT ME DOWN AS HER REFERRAL... THAT I SHOULD BE EXPECTING TO WAIT ANOTHER 90 DAYS BEFORE THE TWO MONTH FREE PROMOTION KICKS IN... THIS IS MY LIKE A GIMMICK AND RACKET, AND ISN'T VERY ETHICAL THAT MY TWO MONTH PROMOTION STILL HASN'T STARTED... SIGNED A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER...

I totally agree!!!! we have had nothing but problems with Vonage they also told my son he could get back his old phone number and it never happened because he had put in some job apps and he had put in his old number and with the unemployment office as well and after no number change he had a few issues with the unemployment office and one of his checks was late due to Vonage and the empty promises they make to people. They have taken cash payments right out of my account without my permission and my son had told them that he would send the payments himself we used my checking account to get the equipment there was no authorization for them to auto pay from my account and I had to file with my bank to dispute it, I had to call Vonage today and ask why are you taking money from me when my son cancelled the service over a month ago ? I did not give them a chance to talk to me I demanded for them to not take another penny out of my account and warned them I was joining a boycott against them and told them I was contacting the States attorneys.

I have had vonage on lines in 3 different houses for the last 5 years. I have never had a problem that was not due to computer/server/comcast problems. Vonage reps have always been great. I just wish they were 24hour help. They need to get with it and make help at least available 7 days a week. I would recommend this service to anyone. One caveat...before you sign up for global service to 60 counties try by the minute pricing. It usually turns out to be cheaper.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever dealt with. It took me 50 minutes to cancel my account ( I feel lucky it didn't take longer) and they charged me 130 dollars for the equipment they sent me and I had already paid for and a cancellation fee for ending the contract within the year.

All of this must have been in fine fine print.

I don't understand how somebody could work for those guys when irate customers must be a dime a dozen.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

We are having problems with our phone. Dead phone, message that service is not available or when you call somebody they can't hear you, or you get disconnected. Voice mail keeps repeating prompt messages and would not play message. Never able to reach costumer service center. The people were rude that we go hold of.

Please help

customer service reps are friendly and very helpful. The Vonage network is very unreliable and not of good quality, but always get great help anytime I call customer service. They always know what they are going, I just always have some problems every couple of weeks.
