When a greyhound bus is already 1.5hrs late, how and who do you contact to get an update. It's already after 9:30pm and the bus was scheduled to arrive at 8:10pm. This creates a very unsafe environment.

Rude people at check in. Leaving from cleveland ohio traveling to newark nj April 7, 2013 2:00 am departure well were all on board full bus very over crowded and bus driver is nowhere to be found and it is now 2:30 am .. I asked bus driver if I could sit in seat behind him where someone's luggage is placed and he informed me he is not comfortable with anyone sitting behind him .. It's reserved for elderly and people with disabilities well I have a back and leg disability but he is not comfortable with people sitting behind him .. Maybe he should change his profession because there's a bus full of people sitting behind him. Reserved for disability my ass !!!! I travel with greyhound twice a month but Am now considering other options for this mans rudeness and how impolite his actions were .. Total disgrace to this company

Stranded in lubbock,texas for 2 days trying to go from lubbock to abilene. greyhound useing excuss snow storm from 2 days ago.ive traveled the across country twice with them,you have become such a sloppy company low class.ill never ride greyhound again.

No one knows what they are doing. Told so many different things over more than 8 phone calls. Im still waiting for my refund since dec 14 2012. You ask to talk to a supervisor they always in a meeting. Ive worked in retail 17 yrs and a hospital for 10 yrs. Management positions. You always make sure customers, patients are top priority they are your paycheck.

If a company like Greyhound can monopolize on a service the government should step in and set standards on the way that they treat people and how they handle customer service. I was threatened with barbaric violence just for asking about getting help because my ticket had been lost on a bus change. These people are no better than a communist government. Someone needs to invest in or start company and to compete with Greyhound and they would fold no matter how much they changed policy because of their past treatment record of customers. I will never. my family will never, my company will never ride one of their buses again and I will deter anyone that I can from using their services for the way I was treated in Birmingham, Al by the manager herself. No one has ever treated me so disrespectful as this so called lady did. I had all the information to confirm my ticket and she did also on her computer because she said that it said everything that I said. I highly recommend that anyone traveling to find an alternative to Greyhound. It could be a great company if it were not run like someone from a Socialist country. I was not even asked to leave, I was threatened with brutal violence to leave and I never even raised my voice,insinuated anything, or made any threats. Three employees were there ready not to escort me to the door but to bludgeon me and verbally confirmed it. If the government cannot treat us like this. Why do we allow a publicly owned company to do this. I have no argument in front of court because four people to one makes facts hard to prove. I hope that this story prevents in some way others from being abused the way that I did and yes, to inflict some kind of damage to Greyhound for the actions that they took against me. Also, how can a company of this magnitude actually operate with a customer service that has banker hours. They should have 24/7 customer service for emergencies and people needing help and not a barbaric group that I met as a customer service department!

This company has the rudest and most awful customer service of any company I have ever seen. Just extremely jerky and no regard for their customers whatsoever. I will never use greyhound again.

I want and deserve a refund my money back because this is my second day stranded here in the middle of nowhere! It's not my fault you cancel te trips! I was suppose to be in Yakima today 12/22/12 at 11:30pm and I'm stuck here in Seattle! Har to wait till 9:30am for this station to open ! I am very frustrated,scared beer again will I take greyhound in my life!
