i recently found out there was a billing problem with skype! there has been charges for two skype accounts being billed to my visa debit! one that i use(4848213778),and one i don't even know about until now! there is no phone number to reach them only email service! so over an 8 day period i had conversations with them getting nowhere! i still haven't solved why this account is open and how to cancel it if i don't have access to it! they stopped responding through email when i got frustrated and asked for a manager. meanwhile my only why to resolve this myself is to have my credit union cancel my bank card so they just can't charge it anymore! but i still will have to eat a whole year of charges to an account that wan't even used!!! i have found out that google voice is FREE f#@$ skype!

I cannot reach anyone to get a refund for the skype audio recorder which doesn't work with Mac. I was directed to Apple by skype customer service, where I had to buy it for a Mac. Now, I have no refund from skype for a product I cannot use. What a gyp!

The inability to contact Skype is extremely aggravating. Problems are left unresolved for extended periods, leaving Skype to be a very unreliable service. I have signed on for one year telephone calling service and cannot get it back online whenever any web or computer glitch knocks Skype out. Please contact me if you have any ideas regarding repairing my Skype account.

I have never uses Skype before in my life but they are with drawing money from my visa/check card. There is no contact number for them on their website nor was my bank able to find a number for them that typically accompanies transactions processed by card. Now I am having to wait to get a new card in the mail issued by my bank in order to insure this doesnt happen anymore since we can not get a number to contact Skype.

I call a number get a computer it tell me to enter 6 to get my party when I push 6 nothing happens.contacted skype they never returned and answer to my Question .

I can not register with skype because your security certificate with windows has expired. I tried to ask about it by using your help tab, but could not even get a response without paying $35. I am extremely disappointed with skype.

Have never herd of this company until there was 2 withdrawls from my bank account of $60 each. My bank is investigating this company for fraud.

I have just requested help from support@skype.net because my account has been tampered with and I can not get access to my account. I received an automatic answer stating that this service is no longer in use and directing me to a site which requires as a first step to register to my account, of course I cannot access to my account and for this reason I need help. Any ideas? Stuck

This morning skype had a flash notice right before opening the program indicating that I had to register with another password. I tried many times to no avail, in trying to correct this situation skype system indicated to provide them with my e.mail addres, after typing my email address a notice appeared stating that the email address was not recognized. This way can not enter to my account but worst I can not cancel the automatic recharge feature. To my surprise, in my mail, I had received three notices from skype i a matter of minutes, one for a $ 10 automatic recharge, a second one for a $ 25 automatic recharge and the third one informing to have provided me with a new email address, one I have not solicited before. It is really very dissapointed that the "secure System" to protect the customers, has not been secure and worst, there is not a phone number to report those abuses. It is really a robbery

The WORST customer service. I would like to get a "free" account, but lo and behold, someone else signed up with my email address and created a user name. I can not change this user name and dont want it. I have written SKYPE 3 times now to fix this with no 'real' reply, only an automated one saying they will respond in 18 hours (its been 104) also, their help screens say to go to the "subscriptions page and cancel" however - no subscription page exist for a free acct. aughghghghggh grrrrrrr
