i was at walmart store in grand rapids michigan the worker at this store did not acknowledge me i was there to pick up an order that i place site to store. don't shop at walmart stores

I have recently made visits to the Penitas, Texas Walmart where they have been nothing but courtious, nice, and so helpful. I would like someone to look into the fact that the section of this store's air condition does not work. I have been there more than 3 times and this problem has not been fixed. Hopefully you can make contact with their maintenance department to address the problem. Lots of us stand and wait in line at the customer service desk waiting to be helped and it is very confortable during this South Texas summer weather. Wishing problem be fixed as soon as possible. Walmart stores in sw MO are really bad, poorest stocked shelves I have ever seen in Cassville MO on Friday, checker did not know what he was doing, did not know how to ring up produce, bagged everything wrong mixing cold,hot,fragile, had to rebag it to get it in the house. Several items that are never out of stock shelves were empty.
today at Monett, no employee knew where batteries were moved to, checker made at least two mistakes with order in front of mine, gave the lady two paint roller trays for one price, could not find plain as day bar codes, on my order she put my vitamins in same sack with hardward and 3 kinds of batteries. Where is the good competition?

There is a su manager named carmen rivera scolls her employees yelling a them in front of clients this happens a lot and the general manager called richard does nothing about I am a client in this store its a shame how she treats them.I work in the department of labor I asked the employees to file a complaint in the department they said there afraid to lose there jobs cause they are warned if they do.This sub manager should be fired.

Walmart @tropicana & pecos in las vegas.

So I went to return some space bags I've bought.. wich in the end I nvr used them. And when I went to return it.. the employees where very disrespectful. Not only that they speak spanish, they nvr tought I also aspeak spanish,
And they where just talking about me been a transgender woman.. I have the recording audio. But I don't know who to take it to.. in the end they nvr took my I'd bcuz it said male, they where discriminating me, and they even threw the stuff at the counter in front of me.

I went to Walmart to purchase plants. I parked close to the garden center door as I have a problem with my knee. When I made my selections I was told the garden center register was closed. I was told it was because
The store payroll hours were cut..they would not have anyone at the register till after 1 PM. At the time he was sending someone to lunch! I told him I thought that was terrible customer service. He seemed less than concerned. I walked to the other register but next time I will shop at Lowes service is better.

Walmart.com did it to me again. The first time was when I ordered straighttalk phone time from them. It took 7 days for it to arrive via email and that was only after I contacted the BBB. This time I paid an extra 14 dollars to rush the product to my address and it didn't arrive by the date they said it would. My tracking order still stated the date though they knew that date could not be met. They lied. I wonder what they did with the 14 bucks. When I attempted to contact them, NO ONE was available. The offices were closed. I recommend that anyone who reads the comment NOT ORDER from Walmart.com. You will probably get screwed. The stores in Colorado Springs aren't bad, they have great greeter but up in Woodland Park, the greeters act like you're bothering them. The clerks are great though. But I digress. Spare yourself the pain, don't order from Walmart.com. The "ratings" section of this form applies to Walmart.com not the Walmart stores.

I bought the great value pancake mix, does not expire till february 2014, I go to make my kids pancakes and it was full of bugs!!! brand new box never opened, just bought it and it was full of bugs!! completely disgusted...

I shop at Walmart every week and usually go to the self help check out line. Yesterday however I did not and I will never do that again. The girl behind the counter was rude, did not smile once. Treated me like I was a bother. Never made the point on making sure that I received all of my purchases. By the time I got home realized I was missing items had to drive all the way back and she had thrown them underneath the cash drawer. She was already gone. Ask to speak with a manager or supervisor. No help there at all. Her comment was oh that's the night shift and I can't speak for her. WHAT??? She will let the night manager know about my compliant. Which I do not think that will happen.
Now I see why I go thru the self help. You get the feeling there with employees they just do not want to be there. I have always avoided them just so I can get some good prices on what I buy each week. I will surely keep doing this because after yesterday with that so called cashier. I quess they don't really care about customer service and the employees sure do make that clear to everyone who shops there.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!! My online account was compromised and over $1000.00 dollars was fraudulently charged to my account. Thank god my financial institution was quick enough to stop the charges. However; I filed a police report and filled out all the necessary paperwork Walmart requires because they do not care enough about their consumers privacy to stop initial fraud from happening. But good job Walmart because you really make it a pain in the butt for your customers to prove who they are AFTER they are stolen from!! I faxed in my affidavit along with all the other proof I needed and was told it would take 30 days!! Are you kidding Walmart?! So a couple weeks later I call to see if my paperwork has been received and was told by the rep the only way to know that is to wait the 30 days and if it doesn't arrive back to law enforcement I need to resubmit my affidavit. Wow! Corporate officials: WELL PLAYED. I'm sure your customer are very pleased.
