I have not received my expidited order and now fedex has said it will not be here till next Wed. when it was suppose to arive Yesterday. I needed this for a trip and it will come too late. I need a refund for the frieght I had to pay for

I receive an email confrmation for an order I did not place. Call walmart immediately and cancelled my account. Four days later they went ahead and sent the charge through to my credit card, now really pissed since I notified them. What piss poor service. No more online orders with them.

I am so mad!!!! MY WALMART ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPROMISED!!Received an email confirming my order. Found out it was phishing scam so I deleted it. It was not for a TV. The total came to $40.56. Now I am being charged. CAN NOT find one phone number at the Walmart website, so had to email. Reported it to my bank that this was an unauthorized charge. Will see what happens.

I visited your Lodi, NJ store on Sat., May 18 - terrible service. Wanted to purchase a TV - couldn't find a rep for quite some time and when I did there was no stock and they had no clue when they would be receiving the Vizio item.

On Sun.,May 19 I called your Garfield, NJ store to see if they had the item. The operator tried transferring me to the TV dept. twice - no one picked up. This lady, Doris, then offered to go back and check herself - now that is good customer srvice - you need more people like her.

I also recieved an email that I purchased a TV- And it is shipping to Washington, AL
I will be calling Walmart after work and I better not have to wait on the line long.

I waited 30 minutes even though the estimated hold time said 12 minutes when I called only to be hung up on without any response. Will have to try again tomorrow.

Poor service at return counter today! Lady would not even look at me, wouldn't say thank you or any indication our contact was over!! Eden Prairie location, black woman, I'm a 61 yr old woman but that really sucked FYI !!!! Why does she have a job in that area? Find someone that slightly cares having a job!!!!

My name is Ayn-Martha Joyce and believe it or not, I have nothing to complain about. I am in charge of the wednesday night cover dish supper at my church, St. Paul's Episcopal, in Jesup, Ga. I try to keep up with who ever in my group, is having a birthday. Well, I have ordered a cake from the bakery at the WalMart at 1100 N. 1st. St. Jesup, Ga. for a couple of years now and the people there know my name. The cakes always look good and taste great. The last cake though, almost made me cry. I ordered it over the phone, asking if they could put a hat on it, for a very elegant, put together woman. When I went to pick up the cake two days later, the store had no power and they were not letting anyone in. I stood there, kind of upset because I really wanted this cake. Two of the store employees saw me and knew who I was. They asked if I was just getting my cake and I said yes. They let me in, took me to the bakery counter, just inside the door. I took one look at the cake and knew it was PERFECT. It was exactly what I wanted. You see, I couldn't come in and look at the idea book, I asked them if they could do a hat with some flowers. When the birthday girl saw the cake, she almost cried, she loved it. A few days later when I was back at WalMart, I bought some flowers and gave them to the bakery department, letting them know how much I appreciated what they had done and everything that they do. She looked at me like she didn't know what to do. I know you probably hear all about the bad things but I had to share something good and something special. I hope you can pass this on to management at that store, they need to know that they have employees who do a fabulous job and really care about the customer.

Is anything being done about this by Walmart? I received the same email about purchasing a tv and it going to an Alex Hall in WA. Has our information been compromised? When I tried calling customer service, I had to go through three prompts and then I just received a busy signal.
