I bought a recliner through Walmart online, and I used the ship to store. Yesterday I got an email saying I returned the chair, and they would credit my account. I never even saw that darn chair, so how could I have returned it. I have sent them 3 emails asking them to please explain to me why I did not get my chair, and why they are saying I returned it when I did not, but I have heard nothing. My husband says he will call them tonite, but I doubt he will get through to them. I really cannot believe the poor service, and to lie, and say I returned it!

I am disappointed that after conducting a survey from Walmart that my information was immediately shared with other companies and my phone number was given to other businesses. Now, I receive numerous solicitations from these companies. I simply ask Walmart to correct this mistake. Imeediately remove my information from your records and have all the companies you shared it with do the same. I do not expect any results or even a response because you have have failed to do so in the past.

Well , after reviewing all the complaints herein I do not need to register mine . It is well defined by all the inputs that Wal-Mart just does not care .They have become so recluse we the customers no longer have any access to their customer service or input to management . I feel Wal-Mart is now the Junk Yard Dealership of the entire world . Buy five items..! Return THREE of them ..! Sad.

I sent the following email to Walmart regarding their Pharmacys on 8/6/10

It takes a lot for me to take the time to write and make a complaint but I have just had it with your service, its the worst, the worst, the worst...

The Walmart Pharmacy's in general have a very bad track record of screwing up my orders for a long time now. I drive an extra 10 miles to the Pharmacy on Truxel Rd in Natomas, CA just because they seemed to be the only Walmart Pharmacy that could get my orders correct. Now Donna the girl who ran that Pharmacy has left and this Pharmacy has become a mess like all the other ones.

I have been a customer of your Pharmacy for over 10 years spending at least $ 300.00 a month out of my pocket since I have no insurance. My prescription for Prograf is a life threatening order and can not be missed due to a Liver Transplant in 1997. I truly don’t trust your facilities at all, I can NEVER trust that I can put in an order and it will be there. I can’t tell you how many times I have gone to pick up my order and it was not ready, even days after placing it and NO Phone Calls to tell me there is a problem, none at all ???

This time I called in my Prograf, told them they had to transfer the Prescription from the Huntington Beach Walmart. The girl on the phone looked it up, found it and said it was done, then asked if I wanted generic and I said yes. She said they had to order it and it would take an extra day, I said fine. 3 days later I go into your Pharmacy and they told me my doctor had not approved the order. My prescription still had ONE REFILL on it ? Then I asked what Doctor denied the refill and they sent it to my General Doctor not the Transplant Center Doctor. I told them this and then they said they didn’t have the information for the Transplant Center ... I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS SAME PHARMACY FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND HAVE GOTTEN ALL OF MY PROGRAF FROM THERE and they don’t know my Doctors information.... Well you did at some point, you have lost it then ? In the mean time I am totally out, they still don’t have approval, I told them there is still one refill left on the old one and now they tell me on a Friday it will be Monday before the order can be ready ... I AM OUT OF A LIFE THREATENING MEDICATION, I CAN’T WAIT FOR MONDAY !!!! I told the guy behind the counter he needs to give me at least 6 pills to hold me until Monday and he didn’t even speak to me, he kept doing things on the computer and ignoring me until about 5 minutes later he gives me 6 pills after I mentioned it 3 times to him ...

I seriously doubt that my prescription will be ready when I come in on Monday. If there is a problem no one will call and I will drive nearly 20 miles for nothing as I have done in the past ... Sure I will call first now but your people are total idiots. I am sorry to use that kind of language but its a fact, TOTAL IDIOTS AT MOST OF YOUR PHARMACY'S... I have had this kind of problem at almost every Walmart Pharmacy I have been to, even had one give me my order of 60 pills that only had 30 pills in the bottle but was charged full price ...

Come on, kick these people in the butts and get some decent service, your the worst ...

i will never go to one of ypur pharmacy again couse the one in monument gave me the wrong syrings an i ended up giving the wrong amount of the insulin which made my dog start having seizures had to take her to the vet to get her back under countrol. then when i toke the syringes back i didnt even get a im sorrey or is their anything i can do to make it rihgt. the lady couldnt even look me in the eye. i will probley not go back to that pharmacy again.

I had a follow-up appt at the vision center today at the #1241 Davenport, IA location on Elmore Ave. This was a f/u appt that the Dr. scheduled since they were trying to figure out the right lens and prescription for me. After the exam I went to order my lenses from the prescription that she just wrote and was told that I have to pay $35 for the f/u appt. I let them know that this was a f/u from my original appt and this is the date that the Dr herself had made for me. The clerk had to go back and ask her 3 times why she was charging me this, etc. and she refused to come out and talk to me herself. This is probably the 4-5 time I had to go in so they can figure out what my prescription should be. (She said it changed but I just looked at the lenses I purchased 3 months ago and it's the same prescription.) I was over-charged on my original exam; it was supposed to be $70 and I was charged $90 (because it was for a toric lens (it wasn't) and for a dilation that I didn't ask for or get. They refused to give me my contact prescription because she wrote it to expire today to make sure I had to come back. But unless I paid the additional $35 today they wouldn't give me the prescription that I paid for. The vision manager was very helpful and she did refund my $90 and suggested that I contact 1-800-Walmart to report the Dr because they are independent contractors and can basically do what they want. The Dr also said that if I didn't pay the $35 she would turn it into collections and if I didn't leave her office she would call security!!!
I had a rude experience with her husband that is also a Dr there on one of my follow-ups because I wore the contacts to the appt that they gave me to wear from the previous appt. He told me I would just have to come back when his wife was there because he couldn't check my eyes since I had been wearing the contacts they gave me! (And the girl who called me the day before to remind me of my appt - told me to make sure I wore them in!)

***I would NOT recommend either of these Drs to anyone. DO NOT GO TO: "Clark Family Vision PLC" - Drs Nick & Jacqueline Clark at the Davenport, IA - Elmore Ave. location.***

I have contacted 1800Walmart and hopefully they address the situation. I know people who have gone to the Walmart across the river in Moline and they have NEVER had these kind of problems and they don't sneak other charges on your bill. They ask you if you want certain extras and if not you don't you don't get charged for them.

My local Walmart Pharmacy in Claypool, AZ has repeatably put my prescriptions in too small a bottle and broken the pills leaving me to try and figure out the dosage. I have complained to the Pharmacist and the district manager. The Pharmacist acts like it is funny as she beats on the bottle cap to make it fit. Being disabled I often have friends pick up my prescriptions and they are not always aware of the problem to stop them. Like many here I think Walmart thinks it can do as it wants after driving out all the local retail stores. I urge everyone to start shopping online and give Walmart a taste of their own medicine. There are many online stores that offer far better prices and service. A Google search will help find safe sites with good service. I'm sad to say this as I believe this is one of our main problems with our country, the loss of our local retail stores. I started shopping at Walmart years ago because they sold items made in the USA and their service was very good. Those times are long gone. I only hope this letter helps in some small way and maybe a better future for our grand children.

i am a disabled person with several problems and walking is one of them also i am on oxygen because of having had lung cancer open heart surgery six bypasses at the same time.i have copd.
considering this i was shoppingat walmart in benton harbor mi on mall drive on may 29 2010.there was no ridding carts avaible so i had to use a push .i had to lean on the back of it for support.as i was leaving the store the greeter stopped me and ask to see my reciept i ask him why he replied to see if this unbagged fishing fishing pole was paid for i was tired and having trouble berathing after shopping so i replied it is paid for and continued to leave when he grabbed the cart i was using causing it to hit me in the stomache this happened several times so finally after he grabbed hold of the pole ans give me the da give me the reciept not finishing the slure word but then he put it back down so i started to leave again and he grabbed the again causing it to hit me in the stomache so i kicked at him dont know at that time if i hit him or not at the same time the store manager showed up and said it is ok to leave now sir. and said nothing else to me so i left the store and while i was leaving the parking space my grand son told me she was taking my plate number i said i really dont caer now all i want to do is go home so i could relax well a week later on june 5 2010 a officer showed up at my house asking about the incident at wal mart he said the store manager wanted to press charges against me since i had done nothing wrong in the store she couldnt so she had her imployee to file assult charges against me no warrents have been served as of today. i called the police dept and said i wanted to file assult charges against him also since i was the one was assulted i was only trying to defend myself i have to wait untill friday to file my complaint for the officer who answered the complaint against me is off untill then i dont know what the outcome will be but if the store and imployee will drop charges against me and applogize to me i will not persue the matter any fauther what do you think
