I've had the absolute worst experience with KMART. The problem started with the online service, then, continued in store. First off I ordered a TV for my mother for Mother's Day online. I put a small deposit on it, (April 26) to assure the sale price. On May 10th. I paid it off online, so I could pick it up that evening, to have in time for Mother's Day...Now mind you, I just had to put my mother into an assisted living facility, so this was a VERY SPECIAL Mother's Day! From the start, I selected to pick up the item. I had to select what store it was to be picked up from, which I did. (It was in stock, at the store I selected.)When I printed out my receipt, I noticed it showed it being shipped to my address. I immediately called customer service, to alert them of the mistake. I was told it was already on the shipping dock awaiting UPS pick up. I was told there was no way to stop the process. I was also told that I could buy one from the store, and, return the other one. I decided that's what I had to do. I called the store, to make sure it was in stock...it was. When I arrived at the store, I could not get anyone to assist me. I finally stopped someone in the aisle, they went in stockroom, then came back out, and, said they had no more of these in stock. I purchased another TV for more money. The original TV was finally delivered on May 14th at 6:11pm.I took the TV to the store the next day, to get my refund. After dealing with the snail of a customer service rep.I finally was given my refund. I left Kmart, and, stopped at an ATM to get some cash and my refund was not credited back to Visa DEBIT Card. I went back to the store, and, was told that they processed it as a credit card purchase, and, that I would have to wait 7-10 days for it to appear back in my account. What kind of junk is this???? This is a debit card, why should I have to wait for refund to a debit card, that's insane! The money comes out immediately from the account, and, should be returned immediately as well. Why should I have to wait, after all the mistakes that were made by your employees. They forced me to have to spend more than I had planned, and, now have to wait an additional 7-10 days to get my money back. What kind of business is this? After all the errors your company has made, I have to suffer for 7-10 more days. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never do business with this company, or, anything affiliated with this company ever again. I will definitely spread the word on my experience with Kmart."H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E"

Debbie Who Is Called A Peoples Coach At Customer Service Was Very Rude When All I Wanted Was An Exchange In sizes. Why Do People Try To Make There Job Seem Harder Than It Is. Disappointed!!!!!!

I waited at the dressing room to try on a pair of pants for about 20 minutes. I pressed the customer service button at least 5 times. One employee walked right past me and was to busy on her cell phone to acknowledge I was there. The next employee looked at me as she kept walking down the isle. Finally she came back and asked if I needed something. She then proceeded to tell me that you don't need to have an attendant check your garments anymore and laughed! I asked her if they answered the call button and she laughed again and said that doesn't even work! First off I didn't appreciate her laughing second I think that you should change the sign! I really doubt I will WASTE my time at this store again! Also the customer service lady gave me a number that didn't work! I did not purchase the pants either! This is the Kmart in Fremont Ohio!

In Charlottesville, Virginia the K Mart store is bad. I normally go to Wal-Mart but a couple times changed and went to kmart. The first time I visited Little Caesar for a pizza.I was overlooked and felt as if I want there no more than to give money away. Then this morning with the intention of buying a TV I experienced something will not go through again there. Because I'll never spend a dime in that again. Customer service sucked. Totally impolite with no concern that I as a customer was there. I spoke to several employees and they didn't even respond. Even the manager had the same attitude. I'll never shop there again.

I wonder about the Queensbury Kmart looks like they have a dress code but note all employees follow it.I see the young girls that work there wear exercise pants that are un professional ,shoes that are opened in the back really tight shirts and button down to low.Now there are the other employees that wear looks like the right dress code and looks more professional .Please be ensure that this dress code will be fixed with the ones that are not following the right dress code its unfair to let some people get away with what they want to do in a work place ,not fair to the ones that follow dress code .The young girls want to wear their exercise pants then go workout at a gym not a Kmart.

Worst costumer service ever at Rosemead location! I tried to purchase a few items that would earn me a $10 gift card. The system would not allow the gift card to go thru, it took three cashiers to try and resolve the problem. After 10 minutes of getting nowhere I gave up and asked for my money back. I paid $40 and only got $39 back. When I let them know that was not the full amount the manager said "are you going to die over a dollar?" I was so upset I told her she probably needed it more that I did and left. I will NEVER shop there again!

Kmart customer service Department is a joke.
i placed a online ordered a month ago and not one person can tell me what happened to my order or if it will ever be shipped. all i keep getting is the run around from their customer service department reps who have no idea about their produts or shipping information. this is excatly why this company is going down the drain now. Lets see if they even resolve this issue

Every time I try to use my shoeyourway rewards in store it will not take off any $$. I have also tried to use it online were it says you can use it on a layaway beu when you get to the part were it asked for your card number it too will not take off my already earned shopyourway rewards. SO FAR IT HAS BEEN USELESS TO ME AND MORE I TRY TO USE IT THE MORE UNUSEABLE POINTS OR DOLLARS I HAVE.

I just had a very pleasing experance at your store 4848 in Jacksonvile fl. I went to pay on my lay away that I did on line and it was not to be found. The HR manager Dale Law came to the rescue and in a short time had the issue solved. If it had not been for him I would have left the store land cancled my lay away. He was a plasure to work with.

Much more American made merchandise than Walmart and at least at my location, we have very good customer service.
