we purchased mattress set May25 from Sam's grapevine, tx, arranged to have delivery with NEWC for 28May between 12-4pm. on 28May at 4:15pm, they called to say they would be at our home within the hour. 6:00pm we called NEWC - they could not tell us when delivery would be made. Our mattress arrived at 7:55pm. we paid $99 for this terrible delivery service (we waited 8 hrs)and would like Sam;s to reimburse some/all of this charge for unsatisfactory service. Our transaction nbr is thank you for your attention to our request.

The customer service on the phone is very poorly organized. It takes me more than 15 minutes to go through the automated machine because apparently it can't perceive human voice correctly. I ended up having to repeat the same information 5 times and then I had to give up and out of outrage I just said customer service repeatedly until the representative answered. The person wasn't much of a help either, after going through a series of verification about MY information, I told her what I needed, a simple question about when my online order was coming exactly the date and the time since I run a business and can't wait 3 weeks at home waiting for the order; however, the representative told me it wasn't their department so I understood and they transferred me to the right one, after waiting for about 5 minutes, a error message came up saying it wasn't dialed correctly and it automatically hung up on me. I'm just outraged on how poorly their customer service on the phone is as well as in person. I prefer Costco over them, at least they're friendly and are helpful with a very organized customer service. No wonder I quit as a Sam's club member, only because of my business did I have to make a new one after 5 years. Seriously, if they want to keep customers they should do a better job with their staff as well as their customer service in general.

I had a very bad experience at my local Sam's Club today.
The manager in the Optical Dept. " Susan" was the most rudest individual I have met there at Sam's in a long while. she tried in my opinion to embarrass me in front of employees and patrons in the store. I simply had a question about my optical prescription. She was very cold and nasty for no no good reason. I will not be disrespected anyone. I will go on facebook and twitter to let my friends know not to go Sam's Club for glasses. I did notice that she did not treat the white patrons the way she treated me.

I need to let people know my story. I purchased a tv from SAMs yesterday. Shopping Sunday I encountered a tv the same amke mad model as the on e purchased yesterday. I asked if SAMs price match, they stated they don't price match with other stores. The lady did say I could bring it back. I was more concerned with the fact I have an opportunity to save money. I'm somewhat upset that SAMs can't just refund the difference of money. I don't want to have to bring a huge purchase back to SAMs just take it back and go purchase it elsewhere . In the customer service business if customers are not first in this business. How will that business stand without us. 90 dollars is a huge difference.

Went to the Augusta, GA Sam's Club with my 5 yr old today. Stopped to use the family restroom before shopping. Met a woman waiting to use the restroom before me. She told me she had been knocking for over 5 mins and no one had answered her. She had an older special needs son who needed to use the restroom. Because the Family RR was locked and no one had responded when asked from outside the door, she let her son use the men's room alone, which she normally does not do. After a few minutes we hear the toilet flush and the hand dryer come on. Out steps an adult male manager. You could tell he was a manager because he was wearing a pale-yellow oxford and khakis instead of jeans, tshirt, and blue vest. The ONLY reason I can think this guy was in the FAMILY RR was because he wanted privacy while he pooped. I went in after he left, but the lady with the special needs son was still left waiting for her son to get out of the regular men's room, which she felt she could not enter to retrieve him. I am outraged that a perfectly capable man was abusing the restroom that was meant for families of all shapes.

I have sent several emails and NONE of our emails have been answered. I would like to submit a complaint about the Bristol Va. Sam’s Club. Almost every time we go there, they have quit selling items we buy all the time, or they are out of stock. They never leave the item in the same place. I do not understand why they have to move their items weekly to a diffent location in the store. Currently, the only large container of yogurt the Bristol Sam’s Club carries is Greek Yogurt (which is more expensive then the plain yogurt). When you try to talk to the management there, they basically tell you they don't care. But it appears not only the Bristol Va. Sam’s Club doesn’t care about their customers, but it appears Sam’s Club as a whole doesn’t care anything about its customer since it doesn’t even have the respect to answer their customers emails.

At SAMs club in daphne, AL. Register 10, Marie was closed and told us we must go to another line. However, right after she sent us to another line, she then called over a friend by name to check her our. When I asked why she told me I could not go through her line she said that these people were in her line earlier, so she wanted to check them out. The time was 5:42.
I spend about $1000 a month in this club and expect to be treated as well as all other customers, including the friends of cashiers.

I called the Laurel Sam's Club Laurel, MD 20724 and was on hold for more than 15 mins. The correct thing to do is get back with the customer after a short time and indicate they did not know the answer to the question. The second time I called the employee hung up on me. His speach was unclear and he could not understand what was being said. Some of Sam's Club members need retraining.

Un, Yeah, The National Customer Service Center in San Antonio Sucks....
I called main customer service just to be directed there w/my Zip Code. I asked about a Particular Soap I normally buy at Target or Walmart but Found @ Sams in Puerto Rico. This Guy Says He can not help Me because he needs an Item Number. His Web search didn't pull up that Bar Soap in Particular & He Did say I can Call Every Sams Club in San Antonio to See IF They Have It. Seriously? You are Customer Service & You're telling Me to Call Every Location??!!

Sam's club Middletown NY The pharmacy I left 5 Prescriptions to be filled. I was told they were very busy at the time that it would take about two hours. I told them I would be back in 5 1/2 hours when I went back 6 hours later they told me they did not have three of them. You could imagine my shock being that my wife had just gotten out of the hospital that day and was in need of 5 medications. the pharmacist when I posed the question why I was not called the pharmacist said we where very busy.I again said it is very late in the day and if you had just given me a heads up i could have went somewhere else. She just gave me an attitude and not even sorry we did not call. Which left me scrambling at the last minute to have them filled to you call this customer service. thanks DF
