For Digital Voice Recorders, you must dial: 800-894-0956 (AudioVox/RCA) I had to go through a couple of telephone numbers just to get that number. Still press "2" for DVR, though.

I am a VERY disgruntled, unhappy and frustrated customer ! I purchased a RCA 32`` flat screen TV, Model Number RLDED3258A-B. The TV only 6 months old has developed a channel changing and display problem. I returned the TV to the vender. Was advised simply to contact RCA directly. I tried 1 888 numbers provided , not in service! I went to trouble shooting advice and typed in the issued at as requested by RCA trouble shooting help. There was advised they had the answer required but needed a payment of $28 to provide me the solution. I am your customer !!!!!!!!!!! I furthered my journey to customer service where I got a automated response requiring the model number of the TV as I provided and was advised that my TV was not in existence. Please contact me as your customer,,,, I will provide my E-mail but request to speak to a live person. thegallery at

RCA converter box is such a fraud, it doesnt work and neighther does technical support... I calle phillips customer support on a saturday... Hellooooo saturday and they actually answered and were verry helpfull...

Customer Service Is Non-exsistant..model . Used Dvd And Now I Caannot Get Satellite Reception Back On The Tv...no Phone # That Works Cannot Find S/n...what Do I Do? Will Never Buy An Rca Product Again.no Way To Tell Who Manufactured This Piece Of Junk, And Don't Think I Should Have To Provide That Info. I Thought It Was Rca

I have wasted precious time trying to help my 84 yr. old mother in law who has trouble with her RCAdvd player I don't think the "joke" phone line is funny!
I am getting no, 0 service from RCA.But on a lighter note I just purchased two Sony flat screens and two bluray players for my self.My Sony TV in our guest room has played without trouble since 1985. I'm just saying... They work great.So I just returned from replacing her RCA with a Sony of her own. RCA is junk and a rip off of everyone's hard earned money.RCA must have dismantled their support staff after the tsunami of complaints led to mass service tech depression.
Never looking to them for anything again.

What a horrible experience I am having with rca. We have had 2 car mounted DVD players break on me. The second one I actually mailed in to be fixed. It was sent back to me broken still. I have been calling rca since November with this issue and it is still unresolved. Customer service is terrible, no one wants to help me. My problem has been "escalated" with each call with no resolve. My customer service representatives give me one name at the beginning of the call and then another name at the end of a call. Jackson and then Dominic. He then said that was his full name Dominic Jackson. I have been waiting for a shipping label to mail the DVD back again and at this point I don't want the hassle of mailing it and waiting weeks and weeks for an unfinished product. I want rca to fix this problem by mailing me a new product. The customer service I have had To deal with is disappointing to say the least and I will never buy rca again

My television has needed an update, and therefore unable to be used for the past 3 weeks. The updates used to be on RCAs website, but they are no longer there, even though the FAQ links to them, the page is missing. I have called them trying to get support 5-10 times a day every day for 3 weeks now, and have yet to speak to a single agent, I just get "The line is busy" and get hung up on. I will NEVER support this company again in my life, and will always advise friends/family to avoid them as well

I purchased an RCA 46' last February. 7 months after having the TV the Picture tube went on it.RCA took a month to finally have it fixed.Now 2 months after the picture tube went now my sound is going and i have a blue dot in the corner of my screen which probably means i'm gonna have trouble again with the picture.

what a nightmare !! new microwave quit after 3months of light usage many emails to CS and phone calls ....was told to pack it up and ship to their midwest repair center..would cost as much to ship this #40 micro as I paid for it! Dev Sharma was useless, responding in 3-4 word emails w/ no real info...took a month of emails b4 he would replace defective unit..NO MORE RCA PRODUCTS FOR ME !!! and will spread the word, worst customer service ever encountered !!!

I purchased a tv in 2007 and it has gone out 3x in 5 yrs. First the sound, then the picture, those within the 1st 2 yrs under warrenty thank goodness. Now it has gone out again, the tv won't come on at all. RCA is a joke, and now I find out the 877-506-3411 is also a joke. RCA has lost my business for good.

I have an RCA TV, 3 years old, infred IR is out, therefore TV will not accept any commands...tried to call teh 1-877-506-3411 number what a joke..........no one ever answers.....anyone have any suggestions/help??? tried universal remote no luck.....only dish remote will change channels thats it........
