Hello Sony, I have signed out of my PSN account and when I went to use it again it said my password is wrong the other prioblem is that when I try to answer the question I chose ex. My birth date it said that its also wrong can you please send me some sort of link to change my password thank you

I called yesterday and had some stuff fixed and the people said to wait 24 hours to change my password because i had a lockout so i did and they said i will receive an email... GUESS WHAT!!!!! I DIDNT!!! NEED HELP

I dont NO who to send this to, tryed to find out how to contact playstation but cant find nothing for this,,,My house and my brothers house play call of duty all the time. Our Call Of Duty was hacked about 2 months ago and now we cant get in unless someone invites us, and my brother just got hacked about 20 mins ago he can not get in to any of hes stuff they locked him out of all his stuff he cant play,,,,, My brother made a complaint the other day about the hacking,,, We put to much money it to your company for PLAYERS to b hacking us,,,., SOMETHING NEED TO BE FIXED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM . THANK YOU

My playstation doesn let me sign into playstation network it keeps coming up and error code I done the update that was required and after that its never let me sign in HELP!!!

This message is requesting a demand on my account xWhite-Passion back as I have been permenant banned as I have been told via email. I am almost certain I know why I have been banned and I totally disagree for however what the person as reported me for, I got a message on the 29/3/13 saying he is 'bored' of playstation network and joining xbox live instead. He also added that I could have his players as I was the last person he played and lost to on FIFA Ultimate Team. I didn't think much of this offer and accepted kindly and replaced some of my players for his. Now to me that seems to good to be true, correct? Well he has obviously set me up and informed you that I have 'scammed' or 'hacked' him. I feel embarrassed at the fact I have been tricked into this scheme. I have spent quite a few pounds on FIFA and worked very hard on many other games. I am demanding my PSN account back. Please get back to me via email ,
