Yes. I don't have much confidence in the "customer support line either." Having had my camera less than 1 month I should not have to call re a defective battery!

I have Panasonic recorder RR-US430 and lost the CD that needed to conned my PC to the recorder to download recorded messages. Please advice as I need to be able to connect my PC to my RR-US430. Thank you very much. My e-mail address

This is not a support issue but a customer "happy" comment.

I bought a 20" Panasonic TV in 1997 and I just wanted to say IT IS STILL WORKING.

I bought the latest state of the art 55" plasma TV (TC P55ST60) 4 days ago. Had some problems connecting it to the internet, have called "technical support" three times of no avail. They were not knowledgeable, nor had the right attitude. In the last call, I was told they are going to escalate tho scase and get back to me within 24-48 hours. It has been three days, not a peep. I tried to call customer service and found out that the only way to reach someone in Consumer Affairsis by writing and mail a letter through the post office. The people in charge of consumer help have built themselves an impenetrable fortress and do not want to be reached either by email or telephone. It is ironic that a tech.products company wants you the customer to write to them if you have a problem. The TV is now working after spending a few hours on the net visiting various forums. I don't understand why a company that makes good products lets itself be let down by such poor customer service.

I purchased a Panasonic Blu Ray player BDT210 (3D) which is working perfectly well when connecting directly to 3D TV. However, when connecting through my 3D HD Receiver Harman Kardon AVR270, the image doesn't appear even when using high speed HDMI cables. Grateful if you could revert back to me urgently.I would appreciate if you can reply to me by email. Best regards.

Absolutely pathetic customer support. I've had the Panasonic not-so-smart TV for 6 months. No apps work. Only the Marketplace app is functional. Of course it is. Had some free time today Saturday, office says they are now closed at 6:30 pm. Of course it is. Wasted money and no recourse.

this is so pathetic, ive bought myself a realy good lumix panasonic camera even though i wanted to buy samsung instead,my friend asked me to buy panasonic for it is a good product.now my charger has blown up i just need a new charger and do you think i can get hold of one????not at all!!!!ive tried all the shops,even tried to contact panasonic but nothing works and no one has answers.really now!!!why sell something if you know you cant give after sale service!! if someone of panasonic maybe reads this and is able to help me,please email me. for im sitting with a very exspensive camera and is not able to use it

THEY R NOT PROVIDED ANY INSTALLATION,I ALL READY PAID FOR THE INSTALLATION CHARGE.TILL NOW I DIDN'T GET ANY SERVICES FROM UR REPUTED CO.ONE YEAR WILL BE COMPLETED (with out any services) UP COMING APRIL 2013.

I requested to you sir/madam please take the nessery action only for your customer,i also buy the Hitachi window but they are provided all nessery assosories and installation free of cost.also i requested to you for my panasonic remote control as per above mentioned model no - CU-ZC20NKY,Which i misplaced.

Panasonic Sells Defective Equipment.
$1000 Plasma Tv - 2 Years Old And They Want Consumers To Foot The Bill For Repair.
Do Not Buy Panasonic They Do Not Back Up Their Products.
Pulled Out My 30 Year Old Rca Tv Stored In Basement For Last 2 Years And Still Works Just Fine - Alot Smaller Screen But It Works.

Will Never Buy Any Panasonic Product Again And Will Look Into Filing Lawsuit So Look For It In The Future Maybe Get A Class Action Suit Going - To Many People Are Getting Screwed By This Company And I Like My Hard Earned Money.

Dear Sir;

I purchased a 50" Panasonic on 7/13/11 at a local Best Buy. Today approximately a year and a half later I had to have AT&T out because I lost the sound one the TV and it cost me 100 dollars to let me know the TV had lost one of its ports and would probably lose the rest of them. If this the quality of Panasonic, I'm not very impressed. I tech suggested that there might be a recall on this product and if not there should be. model number is as follows TC-P50530 MG11661202. Will be waiting for your comments on this..
