It's all been said already, having a truly remarkable experience trying to even talk to someone. I sent my phone in for repairs, got it back, week later doing the same, will never purchase another Motorola product again, goodbye moto

Motorola is the WORST F%$%@#%g company to do business with by leaps and bounds over the others! Don't do business with this company if you have the slightest chance of ever having to speak with an customer service agent. 2 1/2 weeks of leaving my phone number with a promise of a phone call back within the hour - twice requesting a supervisor and 2 1/2 weeks later - NO CALL BACK. Not to mention the customer service being outsourced to india or ??? And, the hangups and endless cue they put you in hoping for you to hangup. And did I mention that when you call the 800 number for "Returns" or "Customer Service" there is NO menu item that will direct you there??? What's up with that? Spare yourself the head and heartache of dealing with this company. I am a VERY patient person.... but they have pushed me FAR beyond sanity!

motorala company sucks...worst service...worst products...why the company is in existence..i dont know...only making fool of customer and filling their pockets with money which is not reasonable to their products and services they provide.....it is better to shut down the company rather making fool of customers..

You guys need to update the motorola cliq with the qwerty keyboard. It needs android market version 2.0. I bought my mom one for mother's day so she could have google earth on her phone if I had any idea she couldn't get it until she gets an update I would have just got her a different phone. I called t-mobile to find out when it might be happening they couldn't tell me they said to call motorola, and I just got off the phone with your customer service representatives and they don't know either. You guys need to get on this please. Update please...

On 2/22/10 I contacted AT&T about my Motorola Razr2 V9x which I had purchased through them because of my business (I needed a B/T) & they recommended this phone. I have had GREAT success with this phone-UNTIL this past weekend when the port started acting up-no matter what device (wall, car, & computer) I used to try & charge it with. AT&T informed me my warranty was up by 30 days & their was nothing they could do for me. So I went to the store I purchased it from & they also told me the same & that they didn't know anyone that could work on it-but they did try & sell me a new phone. I use my cellphone for work & home-24 hours a day! I do not abuse my phone-just USE it! I called Motorola direct & they suggested I pay a 1 time fee of $75.00 & send the phone in & contact AT&T & get a loaner. 1st of all why would I spend $75.00 when I can get an Apple I-Phone from AT&T 2G 8gb for $100.00 or a 3G 16gb for $200.00. I chose conveniance for inconveniance?

I have Boost as my cell phone carrier and I was issued the Motorola 1335. The phone blew/quit after a short time recharging and I took it back to Best Buy, which made me purchase another 1335. Yesterday the second phone blew while on the charger. I have been unable to speak with anyone at Motorola and need advice as to how to get the phone repaired or replaced at no extra cost to me.

i got a hold of a person who barely spoke English and refused to connect me with a supervisor i could not understand what he or she was saying then they hung up one me. Motorola has very poor phones and customer service i am now out $250 dollars and have a defective phone

I was able to reach someone by phone with a few prompts. An unlike the chat service, I was able to get warrant service and a replacement. Thanks so much for the number!

This did not work for getting to a real person but at the prompt after "english" I responded by saying "operator" and that worked.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this comment with lots and lots of dissapoinment. I purchased motorola ZN200 on Feb 27 2009 at Friends electronics Sanghvi nagar,pune-411007. from the date of purchase I am facing lots of problem with that.First I faced an issue with the software then they updated the software and then I faced an issue with the battery I applied for replacement.Now I am facing the problem with the display when I went there to resolve the problem they are just asking to move to the service center which is far away from there.They are not all responding properly.I asked for the replacement they are doing some eyewash and returning the mobile back to me and I faced the same problem again.I am totally fed up with the service and your product.I need a replacement for that mobile. I cant walk to that shop again and again which is 20 KMS away.They are cooly asking me to come tommorow.Since this is the first product I bought from motorola I faced a very good experience with that.I dont know how far this would be effective but I believe that I will get solution atleast here.
