paid 150 for a lg motion phone . have had it 3 mounths and the battery went bad .
i call and ill have to send it to them and it will take 2 weeks to get a new one buy then i could buy one.

what a joke !!! i would think the would want to make it right so i buy another lg Phone or tv......

I bought a 3d led model number 42lm5800 from LG egypt,after only 4 months the screen suddenly shut down..we called the technical support and they left us more than a week,then someone came and looked at it and said that there are many problems inside something called panel and we have to change it..we called customer service and we told them how after only 4 months u want to open the led and change somehing inside and that they have to take it and bring us a new one,,the customer support refused and she told us this is our company policy and she was very aggressive and when we told her to put her manager on the phone she refused and told us that is all what we can get...
I am so sorry that a big company like yours treat their customers like this,and i hope u can do something to solve this problem..

I sent an email to the email address above and received a reply that the email box was full!

When trying to use their online form to send an email about a general enquiry, you have to register an account and then select a product.

Absolutely ridiculous and appalling customer service.

Thank you, Ashley, for getting this to me â??yesterdayâ?? like you said you would. In fact I believe you said â??I will have the email with the paper work to you before days end.â?? This is GREAT customer service. I just donâ??t understand yours and LGâ??s business philosophy and thinking process. I would fire an employee instantly if they treated one of my customers this way. The refrigerator breaks down three times in four years and you think its totally acceptable? This is the first time in my life that I have ever complained to a company about a product. Trust me, itâ??s not about the money, its about a company not doing what is right.



Your letter states that I am a valued customer and that could not be further from the truth. LG has shown me that they do not care about their customers. I have never been more dissatisfied with a product or company in my life. I own other LG products but there will be no more LG products brought into this house. Yes, I posted on Facebook how unhappy I am and will continue to express to everyone I possibly can, just how unhappy and dissatisfied I am. And, I will also post a copy of this email on Facebook.



As I stated to you yesterday, I would be absolutely embarrassed to work for a company such as LG knowing this is how they treat their customers.



I will fill out the paper work first thing in the morning.

I have bought a LG Refrigerator (GR-M602YVQ) two years ago. The documents or the attached warranty mentioned it is covered for five years. Currently, the door of the refrigerator is not closing properly. I have contacted the customer service to investigate , they mentioned (without a professional inspection) that the door is not covered by the warranty!!!!!. Obviously the customer service is denying customer rights and escaping their duties. Of course not adequate ater-sales service may hurt the company's reputation. What should I do to protect and claim my rights as a customer.

Our Split A/c of 2 tons LG is mulfunctioning repeatedly for the last 1 year. The last servicing was done 15 days back and the gas was changed. The said A/c worked for 2 days and the same problem persist
The LG service centre in South Goa is not prompt enough to respond to our need.

Our equipment in Audio Visual Room needs constant cooling and I Therefore request to attend our complaint at the earliest.

Our LG Split Airconditioner is mulfunctioning for the last one year after repeated complaints with service centre in Madgaum (South Goa)
As the above airconditioner is required for the cooling of computers/Audio visual room we do request your service centre in Goa to kindly rectify at the earliest.
