I just received a Jensen Model JCR-322 AM/FM Stereo Dual Alarm Clock Radio with CD Player. I tried to set the volume of alarm radio but was not successful. When the alarm goes off the volume is always higher than what I set up. What is the reason you don't let user to set desired alarm volume?? If this issue is unsolvable I have no choice but to return the unit.

Charging money to troubleshoot my 1 year old rv tv is ridiculous. That sounds like your TVs are not your money maker but instead your fees for troubleshooting your crappy TVs is.

Hello, I have a Jensen MR-550 AM/FM radio that I enjoy listening to but the telescopic antenna that came with it broke. Do you sell replacement antennas or could you refer me to somebody who does. Please include the correct size. There are many online options but I want to find the right one.

Why do you make products that don't work? Brand new 2015 Mercedes Sprinter with a Jensen VM92726BT will not power up. Fuses are OK.

I was planning on purchasing the Jensen Dual Alarm Clock Radio with Top-Loading CD Player & Large Easy to Read Backlit Display Plus 6ft Aux Cable to Connect Any Ipod, Iphone or Mp3 Digital Audio Player but would like to know if it has a jack for headphones. I went to the Jensen site and called the phone number they gave on the web. It said press 5, no joy. The main menu doesn't give an option that works for me. The site doesn't have email support yet, etc. As far as I am concerned there is no "Jensen customer service and support" so this review addresses the 'lack thereof'. I really need a CD player alarm clock . . . .
