I have been calling for 4 days now and have yet to reach a real human. I have waited on hold for over an hour and that is simply unacceptable. My issue is still unresolved and I will NEVER buy a product from such a worthless company ever again.

THIS IS BULL I started calling at 2pm pacific time and its now 7 and nobody answered... It did that crap music for 2 whole hours. The reachability for customer support is the worst I've ever experienced. This needs to get fixed

The Simpson game we just updated for the board walk isn't working. It just tells me level 5 of the board walk is completed but hasn't changed to what I have to do next. Help

I am an Apple Technical Advisor, receiving a call from a customer who has made a purchase for a Trunk of Simoleons, he never received this purchase, for 19.99, cannot get through to anyone.

I have tried to call this company for the last hour and cannot get through. I expect better Customer Service from a company so large.

At 2-46 pm today I won division 1 and received a free pack and the name mertens flashed across my screen and inside I got regular dries mertens and Marco reus I am very unhappy with this and would like you people working at ea to change him to his blue card I am an xbox player I still have the cards for proof

Hi I was scammed sort of I'm not going to lie saying that they took my details. I bought a player on ultimate team with an + 10 all attr on wat looked like second in form hamsik then I added a contract to it to find it was the first inform however the first inform has 77 pace an this card 88 an I know that there isn't a card that could upgrade the cards pace to 1 Extra pleases can I be refunded because I lost like 30 40 k an I know that mite not be a lot for some people but it is to me. thanks

Technology is not perfect, and we have to remember that. EA has it's customer representatives' hands full with that fact in mind, and no matter how long you wait, it is only because the representatives are busy helping someone else just like you. It took me a long time to reach a represantative , and even longer to fix the problem. But it was worth it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and never assumed that he knew everything and I knew nothing, even though I knew nothing. I was very humbled knowing he had to deal with angry, insecure people like me every day, but he still did his job very well. He stuck with me for a full hour, jumping through all the hoops he could in order to make sure my Need for Speed Most Wanted save could be retrieved. And it couldn't be retrieved at the end, because it was heavily corrupted, and these are people, not miracle workers. He even kept up an engaging and friendly conversation about the latest EA news, his name has already slipped from my mind, and I deeply regret it. He was a great worker, taking great lengths to call me by name whenever possible. I am deeply sorrow about my last post about EA's customer service, because it was untrue. If my customer representative ever reads this, I am sorry about what I said and I hope that he keeps on doing what he is doing. And people, cut these guys some slack, because there are thousands of angry, confused people just like you and me that service people have to deal with, and they do it happily and with a smile, always asking if there is anything else at the end. I wish I could have sat there all day, conversing with a fellow, friendly gamer.

My Need for Speed : Most Wanted is jacked up. I had all events, cars, etc., and 1,113,080 speed points, and I know because I am looking at it right now. I have the option to go race all ten most wanted again, find every single car again, and beat the game again. On the bright side, my speed points are going to sit there taunting me of the racing heaven NFSMW used to be. ( Sarcasm ) I hate EA. I am back to square one because of I don't know what. Also, I have had no help thanks to EAs wonderful customer service.
