just want to say i will never shop in your stores again FROM YOUR NEWEST EMPLOYEE ALL THE WAY TO YOUR TOP EXECUTIVE basicly thats what you said to me when you sold me an out dated 3d tv that i now cant get glasses for from you or sharp so next time you lose customers to amazon maybe you ll look at your return policy ED LERNER you can find my info in your daytona store

they are providing one time fix for a normal issue at $320 and i am surprised to see this

I hadn't been in a Best Buy for years. I was wowed by the excellent customer service. Marc Barela and Matt, the dept "host," in the electronics department were terrific. I appreciated their attention to detail, knowledge, positive attitude and helpfulness. The store gave off a positive. I would definitely go back there FIRST for my next electronic purchase. Sharon in

I just called Customer Care to explain how I was mislead and spoken to rudely by a manager at the Best Buy in Vauxhall, NJ. Guy from customer care immediately interrupted me and accused me of defrauding their return policy. I was shocked, I was being accused of knowing and doing something that not even an assistant manager would be aware to look out for. I was ultimately shut up and disregarded by this egotistic call center shogun master. I probably would have received better service if both of these Nazis knew I have the regional HR manager's cell phone number.

My son had bought me a Rocketfish 2-way HDMI splitter in March but had given it to me in the beginning of May. I really had no use for it so I decide to return it and buy something else. I had no receipt and that I had to have my son with me for any action can be taken. Then because he had bought it more than 15 days ago, there was nothing that can be done.
This policy is the most customer unfriendly policy that I have ever encountered. Best Buy would have not lost a cent in any exchange or refund but the customer loses everything. Unfortunately, whomever develops your company policy has definitely not put the customer first.

I am shocked...I was only disappointed but now I know you do not care about your customers. I call into your customer care center about my last shopping experience at Best Buy. They took my name, phone number, address...all my information. I thought I would hear from some about the service and how I was treated at the BLoomington IL Best Buy Store. Here we are a month later and nothing. I guess you really do not care if you lose business. Customer Service must be a lost art!

I am so very disappointed with your customer care, that I just have to send my complaints to as many people as possible in management to try to find someone who might care to try to fix the problem.



After looking for a computer I could afford for over a year, and speaking with at least 20 salespeople at Best Buys all over the place, I finally found a computer I could afford on the website. I was so excited, and started the process at once, only to come to the end and get a notice that it is not available. I called a few people over the next few days, trying to find someone who could help me sort it out and see why it was no longer available since it was on the website still - but no one could help me find out. I also asked anyone I talked to if they could help me find a similar one then, that I could get. Everyone I talked to found expensive ones way out of my reach. One person finally gave me the email of customer service so that I could get more information as to how to get this one that I wanted, or to help me find another one.


After emailing and calling a number of times, I finally got a reply email with a list of skew numbers that I could look up to see if any of them would be good. (see thread at the bottom of the page). They were all either un-available, or there was no such number, or they were expensive. What kind of customer service is that?? After all the hours and hours of trying to get someone to help me at Best Buy stores, online, and by phone - and other places as well, it would seem like customer service would do more than just send me a list of numbers.



I called one more time to try to get someone who could help me. Out of pure luck, I got to speak with a guy named Dillon. He spent over an hour looking online and trying to find a laptop that would meet my needs. He did find one, and I bought it, and am very happy with that - but I do have an aversion of Best Buy in general now, and do not feel like anyone cares a whit about whether I am a happy customer or not. You would think that after everything I tried, that someone would at least have given me options that actually worked, or called to help me through the process. I do believe that it is illegal to keep having these special deals that are not really available, and it seems like someone would have cared about that part at least enough to give me some help.



Again, thanks to Dillon, his employee number is A1012720, I finally found something that works for me that is within my price range, and that is available. I didn't find a single other Best Buy employee who was willing to go the extra mile and actually help me.



I am sending this to as many managers as possible, because I feel like someone of importance in that chain of command would be interested in knowing about cases like this, and might help instruct their customer care people to be more helpful in the future.

I purchased a laptop fromBestBuy 5/4/2010 and also bought an extended warranty for 3 years at a cost of $169 this brought by total purchase to over $700 dollars for the lap top. I had an issue with my notbeing able to log in and use my lap top. I took my lap top to the store were it was purchased (Auburn, AL) and the Geek Squad agent proceed to pull up my account. I was told that my lap was not covered and for $199 more I could get it repaired by purchasing another protection plan. I took my laptop left the store. I found my receipt and returned to the store and the store Manager and another Geek Squad repair person looked at my lap top again. I was then told then the warranty only cover hardware issues and it was a software issue to contact HP. Save your money the warranty sold at Best Buy is not worth the paper the recipt is printed on. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy. I will recommend to all my friends and family to go else where.

I have tried for a year now to get Best Buy promotionals in ENGLISH! All I get is French and they insist that I'm getting English. I will never buy another thing there until I can get English. I speak several languages but French isn't one of them. I'm not leaving my email address because I don't trust that it won't be used for something else.
