OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE I WAS TRICK; I SPOKE WITH A TECHNICIAN HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO TRANSFER ME THEN I WAS TRANSFERED BUT THE PHONE HUNG UP~!!!
PREVIOUS ISSUES WAS THEY CHARGE YOU FIRST BEFORE THEY GET YOU SUPPORT OMG WORST LIKE COSTCO SUPPORT.
