We are trying to register a new Lexmark Pro715 A10 Color All-in-one Printer. Following the instructions on the disc it asks for the country but does not list USA. It gives a list of many other countries but does not allow us to enter USA We purchased a two year extended warranty at the Travis AFB Exchange and want to register it also. We see complaints by other consumers about the poor service from Lexmark. It does seem very difficult to contact you. Will try Technical support in the morning when you are supposed to be open.

Do Not Buy A Lexmark Product Ever!!!!!

No Customer Service!! Put You On Hold For Multiple Minutes On End Without Informing You Of Doing So...manager, Zane With Technical Support Refused To Give Me His Id #

My Wireless Printer Is Not Printing And They Cannot Tell Me How To Add My Wireless Internet Back On My Device After I Hit The Network Adapter Factory Rest.

I have a lexmark pinnacle pro 901 that is horrid! Daily it says it is not connected to my computer, sometimes 10 times a day I must shut down my computer and restart. Now even that does not work. So help me, never buy a Lexmark. I waste hours a day justy trying to print directions from mapquest. stinks big time

I have a lexmark x2670 and it keeps having me print the target page over and over. This started happening after I changed the black ink cartridge. It everntually worked for a day, and now it having me print the target page again. How do I stop this so that the printer will just print

Due to the advertised cheap ink, I am the owner of 2 Lexmark Pinnacle 901 models for my business. The printers worked great for about 6-8 months, then both of the print heads needed to be replaced. Frequent paper jams are a hassle as well as occasional other issues. That 5 year warranty that is stated right on the box is a hassle and is no longer worth my time.

Although the cheap ink might have equaled out the loss of a these printers I will never buy another Lexmark product again. Unless you've got a lot of patience, keep shopping. These printers are junk!

Whenever I've called and a man or woman from the Republic of the Philippines helps me, its always been fruitfull. They are
hard working people and I applaud them as
a person and a rep for LEXMARK. Perhaps
you had a bad day.

They are in the Phillipines, and are not generally able to offer you much more than basic trouble shooting.
They are also condescending, despite the fact that you are the customer.

How can I get a phone number someone would answer? The number I've been calling I get only music and then it say "no answer, this call is being disconnected.

Had a problem with my color printer. Called Lexmark, they troubleshot it, sent me the replacement part next day plus new ink and everything works great. Thank You So Much Lexmark!!! I recommend them to everyone!
