I have purchased a PIXMA410 wireless printer, I cannot get it to work as I cannot find the disc, I only have the instruction manual.Is it possible to purchase a disc.Thank you.

I contacted canon (the reps were nice) concerning my Powershot s1is and was told they no longer have part or make repairs to this model. Then I was told I could purchase a rebuilt sx40hs for $275.00 since I am a loyal customer, while looking on line at the same time one cost $295.00 brand new. Now I am having trouble believing that canon appreciates my purchases through the years. I am unsatisfied with canon LOYALITY to me the same as I have been to them.

The 5Dmk3 has not a significant IQ improvement over the 5MK2. It is the same banal sensor of the year 2008, the same old camera, but with a better auto focus. And this auto focus was your right even in the year 2008. Why Canon gives you just now this auto focus? Why not in the year 2008? Because of Canon MARKETING.
Canon is just MARKETING! Only stupid MARKETING STRATEGY! All right, Canon s just a TOOL, I can go to Nikon and buy Nikon. Yes, I will do it, I will have only Nikon staff. The 5Dmk3 is a camera which is born OLD. Already old.
Yes, I also think: the Canon 5Dmk3 is a stinky black hole! Canon sucks! Stop Canon market strategy! Better Nikon! Nikon gives you the D800, the BEST SENSOR IN THE WORLD(DXO) for less money. Canon gives you a stupid old camera and want a lot of money. Canon is a stupid decadent multinational which should produce only printers. NOT CAMERAS.

My goodness I have never had such great technical support with any other product like I have had with my Canon Pixma printer/fax. Call was instantly connected with a person who had the patience to walk me through each step I needed to fix my problem. What a great experience.
