Within the last week I have received several e-mails that are marked Urgent when I open them they look like they are from DHL-THEY ARE NOT. I noticed that the DHL logo that they were using was missing the "wings"(the 3 lines) before the "D" and after the "L." They want you to click on a link in the e-mail to verify your delivery information "DO NOT FOLLOW THE LINK IT IS A POWERFUL VIRUS." I have never seen a virus that completely "Deletes" your anti-virus program. I have seen then turn them off, but I have never seen then completely wipe them off your computer before. Major damage. Please make a "System Image" disc(s) it will allow you to replace your entire computer system and every program you've added to it. You have to do this before you have a problem.

absolute rubbish some inane comment "wasn't that easy? then disconnect. German efficiency or arrogance? The parcel has just been delivered(12:40) by Parcelforce as I type this. The contents have probably perished so all in all totally and utterly useless

I received an email about a shipment that I DID NOT order. I tried to go in to see what it was all about and after several tries I got some information...The name Mark Smith came up with the location of Los Angeles and an item number, said it was insured and gave me a shipment number I tried to call DHL but the number listed is not a working number. Not sure what is going on. Right after clicking on the link in the email my computer said I had 37 viruses...not sure if this is all connected or not. Just wanted to let you know.

I also am receiving emails about a package that I have not ordered. I get a lot of these types emails in my spam box. Have called a few of the "companies" and have been informed that they are either phishing expeditions or possible virus. Don't open any of them. Delete them.

I received an shipment order and tracking on my email inbox. I tried to see what it was and it wont let me. I did not order anything and having DHL believer it, So what is going on. I better here from someone or I'm calling the Police to investigate this.

I was expecting for the documents to arrive today. Unfortunately, it was not received by the addressee. I was tracking it and I could not identify the person. The address is a building and no one knows who that person is!! Not even the full name was indicated. Only the nickname of the person. DHL, you are so incompetent. You are making the people so stressed! That's a very important document!!! Local couriers are better than you!!! Customer service is not also easy to reach out. I wouldnt recommend DHL!

DHL has very bad service.. no responsibility on customers service. it is nonscense,,really i didnot see such a bad service from any other courier company. i would like to request the customers not use DHL for courier.

I shipped a simple basic envelope via FedEx. It got to Kiev, Ukraine and disappeared. I sent the back-up material via DHL, it arrived with 4 days. The driver searched through the neighborhood for the addressee since the written address was wrong. He located the addressee and delivered the envelope. I never use FedEx for anything. My envelope contained visa info, tickets and credit cards, lost by FedEx. Sorry 'bout that!!

AWFUL. They just drop off documents at an empty desk, even in the wrong departments, and don't even require a signature. It's a miracle we even get our stuff! NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I've called my VENDORS and told them DO NOT USE DHL, and we get deliveries several times a day!

DHL Blows! they dont care about my package or yours! The Drivers dont even need a license. I Just my ass rode for 6 miles by a dhl driver switching lanes speeding and giving me the bird!! Ill NEVER use dhl again and im a huge package supplier to companys such as these bums!!!!! Just the driver and his actions make me never wanna use there service ever again. I HIGHLY suggest you do the same!
