Worse service ever and ppl r rude. Can not give numbers dialed from my stolen phone.. It would take 30 days.. So if ur a drug dealer straight talk its the way to go... Going with someone another provider after 4 yrs... Ugh and there phones are ran off different towers and they can't depth ur # always... They need to pack up cuz they are horrible

I Think Your Service Sucks. Can't Get A Human On The Phone To Talk. Have To Talk To A Dummy. Can't Get Nowhere. I Am So Unhappy With This Service, I Would Not Recomend Your Service To No One. You Expect People To Have Two Phones So You Can Find Out What Is Wrong With One. Another Thing Why Keep Texing A Number To Get Anold Of Someone And You Get A Dummy. I Have A Straight Talk Phone Not A Tracphone

We tried Straight Talk for my daughter....I will NEVER EVER use them. First of all I can't understand ANY of the people I talk to. When activating the phone the guy on the other end could not understand us and we couldn't understand him. We had to repeat our email address at least 7 times and he actually said for "M" Muslim and for "B" Bomb. I am sorry but that is so unprofessional and STUPID. Plus we never said "B", we said "P" - listed 6 words that started with "P" and he STILL couldn't understand. 6 people I have not talked to and only 1 could I understand. Then I try removing my cc information that I put online with ST and couldn't, nothing I did actually removed it even though it said it was successful. I called customer service and they can't figure it out, was on hold forever while they asked others...but nope - couldn't figure. Really? Was on phone forever as they tried to figure it out. Then said I have to call back after 24hours. WOW!!! I don't trust that my card won't be hit next month, even though I told them I dont want auto refill and I am not renewing my service. I ended up calling my cc company to reissue me a card so I can cancel the one on file with ST. What a scam!

Good Morning , I am Lolly , yesterday my husband came home with a go phone and I have been trying to get the minutes added to this phone, but I am getting no where. it has the number hidden I cant seem to get it I tried to have number shown but it still doesn't show it can you be of some assistant. thank you on this matter.

Here was/is my situation w/ST. I have been w/ST for 5 years and NO problems, so I am not sure if they have recently changed their call center(s), or cust serv dept or what but my son got a new phone which was defective so we got the FedEx form sent it off & got it back pretty quick..but now the problems start. I called to get it reactivated and the minutes put back on the first call was great, and I would have had the phone reactivated with the 17 service days that were remaining put back on. BUT I didn't have the serial number so I had to call back. Call #2 got the wrong serial number oops Call #3 right serial number but when I talked about the 17 service days remaining was put on hold...for 15min so I hung up and called back and this time I got the King A**! Not only is he rude, misogynistic and an idiot he says that in the 2 hours since this sleigh-ride from H*LL I have somehow lost 9 of those service days so now I will only get 8 put back on?? So after another 30min of me trying to explain and him not listening I said forget it just give me the 8 days and get the phone on. Next day and NO service on the phone!! Through all this I asked to speak with a manager, he put me on hold, came back and said 'he' asked the Mgr and no go for the 17 days?? So I asked his name, "Ramsey", then I asked if he had an employee number, "#5624" but who knows?? Now I am emailing and complaining to the BBB and making a point to try and stop this inconsistent and rude behavior. Like another person said, bad business. Just because we cannot afford $200 a month for cell service doesn't mean we should have to put up with that kind of behavior. End Rant

I'm so glad to see I'm not alone! The ST customer service is HORRIBLE! Never in my 30+ yrs of experience myself doing customer service would I have ever treated or demeaned a customer the way I have been treated. How embarrassed the company should be to have such Horrible, Incompetent, Rude, Unknowledgeable, Unhelpful, Inexperienced staff. Not 1 person I dealt with was from the US. Not 1! All where from India and I swear they get to pick a new American name everyday because I have not dealt with the same person twice in the past 3 wks. Nor does the person on the other end know who the last person I spoke to is or that anything has been noted about your previous conversations. I bought a Galaxy S2 at my local Wal-Mart. I was so excited to get it because 1st of all the larger screen & 2nd because it did not run off of Sprint towers, which in my area on my other phone did not work anywhere. Unfortunately after having it for less than 2 months now, Wal-Mart doesn't even carry them anymore, I went to use the speaker so my brother in another state could talk to our sickly mother who is in the hospital & you can't hear me talking. So after the 3-4th attempt to see if it worked, I called ST. I was told I had to do a factory reset which after I had done as they instructed, I lost everything I had put on my phone in 2 months. Pics, videos, contacts, apps...EVERYTHING! and still my speaker did not work. They told me I had to return the faulty phone but they would send another phone to me. Great news, right? Well the ticket# they gave me said online that the replacement phone shipped & I should have it w/i 2-4 days. Day 5, no phone. I called. oh no, you must 1st return phone & then we ship new phone. What am I to do for a phone. I was told not their problem, why don't I go buy another phone to use. I should have stopped right then & just never used the speaker again. I went after spending $350 on the Galaxy to spending another $100 for a temp phone that I MUST return in 15 days under Wal-Marts rules. I'm already on day 17 with the phone but the manager said he will let me return it a few days later because of the issue I am having with getting mine back. But at this point, I don't see that any time soon. I will return this phone, purchase another & keep doing it until I get mine back. So Stupid. I have been calling since I sent my phone back on 5/24 thru FedEx as they instructed. I never got the email from FedEx as I explained to them over the phone but was told go ahead and use the email from ST & return it with that. That's what I did. I called on 5/29 & was told it was rec'd & being processed. Call back in a day or 2 for tracking#. 5/30..no tracking#...5/30nothing yet...6/1 refilled card...told phone was shipped but no number yet...6/2 What phone? We didn't get it yet. WTF? Then I was told after 2 hrs of please hold another 3 mins while I check on this for you, that I had to track it down thru FedEx that it was never rec'd. Now i'm a liar because their reps lied to me? Oh, I had the tracking # from when I shipped it & called FedEx. It was delivered 5/28 at 10:17am & signed by S Elie. Now what. 2nd call 6/2 Ok, you shipped it wrong but since it's after 6pm, we will ship it out tomorrow & you will have your phone by 6/4, no later than 6/5. Now...6/3 there systems were down, no tracking# 6/4 2people - 2 calls, no resolution. Given ph# 800-876-5753 for Florida Corp office after demanding I speak to someone in the states that can expedite order. Steven said he emailed warehouse to send out because it was before 3pm & FedEx could pick up yet. 6/5 NO RECORDS OF MY LAST CALL. Hasn't shipped 6/6 escalating ticket now. New ticket number given. 6/7 "You must be patient & wait 3-5 days for my order to process" F*ck U Straight Talk. I asked for someone above his management level. I don't care if it's the CEO of the company...was told there was no one above him & I have to wait. I hung up. Can you believe that prick called me back saying the call was dropped. I notified him "I have wasted 2 full weeks of my life, 2-3 hours a day of being told it's being processed by the warehouse. If you can't help me, then I'm done f*cking around, I am calling legal srvcs to see if there is something I can do to resolve this. And the call didn't drop, I hung up on you because I'm about to give myself a stroke over your lack of intelligence! And guess what...i'm hanging up on you again. Have a nice freaking day. CLICK." My mother is in the hospital & I am the primary contact. If something, God forbid, happens & they can't get a hold of me...then Mary, Ronnie, Steven, Leisil, Raymond, Christian, Julio, Charlene, Jay, Mark, Aris & Neariah, I coming looking for you. And for the person who posted that all of us that have had such issues must be doing something wrong because ST is so wonderful...I hope your tongue rots off & you choke on it & when your phone doesn't work to call someone for help & you have to call customer service...oh Karma. They have had my phone now for over 11 days & no answer as to when I will get it back. Unreal. AND to anyone thinking of leaving their dependable service for this cheap plan...RUN!!

On May 11,2013 I talked with a customer service representative from Straight Talk wireless to see how to fix my cell phone nothing could be done, it was a problem with their parts. They told me to send it back to them that I would receive a email from them with the information on how to send the phone back. It took 2 day for them to send me that email. On May 13 I received the email, I packed the phone and sent it back to them that same day. The FedEx report said they received the phone on May 16. On the 17th I call and the recording said I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. After the fifth day I still hadn't received my phone, from that point on I've got noting but the run around from their customer service stuff. Each time I've call they tell me I'm speaking with manager and that my is being processed to be shipped or has already been shipped back. But they can't provide me with a tracking number. But my boiling point was today June 4 when I call I stayed on the line with first person for 45 min that was telling me all the seem stuff I've been hearing for weeks now, and she end up hung up on me. So at that point I called back to file a complaint I stayed on the line with her 30 more minutes, when she transferred me right back to their so called management staff. The third lady I talked to was so rude and flat out disrespect. After placing me on hold about 15 time she told me the same old thing they been telling me for weeks that my phone is in the process of being shipped wait 3 to 5 business days. I told her I would like to file a complaint and what was her name she gave me her first name Uzellen and when I asked for her last name that is when she put me on hold again but not on mute, and I over heard her talking about me and mocking me and she asked someone in the background to help her come up with a last name to give to me. When she came back on the line she told me she couldn't give her last name.I informed her that I over heard her and I've been recording her and that I want to speak with the head manager. After another 5 min of waiting he came on the line and did not seem to concerned with his disrespect employee and gave me the same old bull about my cell phone. I still have not received my phone or a good explanation on why its been sitting at the Straight Talk return center for 3 and half weeks.

was with ST for 2 years and had great service, great coverage. then i made the mistake of leaving them for
Tracfone. What a mistake that was. Now I can't even use my phone in my own home because the coverage is so poor. I'm going back to ST. If the service turns out to be poor I plan to go to WM and sit on the doorstep until they fix it. It is a trick I learned from my mother called broken record. Just keep saying the same thing over and over until you wear them down...all of you should try it...it really works. Isn't that how kids manage to get what they want in the grocery store?????

terrible no where near unlimited I bought galaxy I cam only get 15 days of data connection a month for the three months I have it straight talk not recommended

Straight talk is a mistake I was satisfied with the service for a few months then all of a sudden after I refil my service I recieve a text saying thank you welcome back then hours later my 3G logo is gone and my service has been deactivated also after pointless emails I had to call "STRAIGHT BS" from my computer and I'm told that ill had to wait 24-48 hours for my service to be refilled I'm going to sue I feel as if this is a scam and I don't need this in my life I was with AT&T and they were just too expensive but I will Be going to another company I should never have To go withouy cell phone service especially when I paid to refil it
