It has been impossible to reach a live person with a technical support problem. I was ready to just give up until I found the help I needed in a comment from another unhappy customer with Safelink. My minutes weren't loading n putting in the code 555 did absolutely nothing. The way to get thru to a live person for tech support is to call the tech support # n after pushing either 1 for English or 2 for Spanish push 4 for tech support and then 6 for other. Then when they prompt you for your phone # do not put anything in. It will then ask you again for your phone # or tell you to say "I don't have one" . Respond "I don't have one" and it will either transfer you to a customer service rep or have one call you back. I got a call back within 2 minutes and the rep resolved my issue within 10 mins. Thanks to the person who posted this info in their comment or I would have just given up. Hopefully I can help someone with this comment.

Im been trying to get a replace phone but i cant even report my lost one cus ths people play me bad,everytime i call if im lucky to talk with someone after a hour waiting,they ask couple questions and tell me hold a sec and hang off on me,so friking angry,im been tryin over a month already and i really need that phone,help pleasee!!!

try calling the corp office they are still hold after hold better get my 5000 minutes back. Yeah They did give me my minutes back my Id was a mix match on their end. Persistence pays off in the end.

I have been trying to get a replacement phone since February it is now May have direct line managers evidently nobody knows how to do anything in this company. Was advised corporate was contacted did nothing worst waste of government money ever. Need to be reported for government fraud. I'm sure they are getting paid and I haven't had a phone in months.

My Safe Link No. And I Have Lost My Pho. I Have Tried Over A Dozen Time To Reach The Technology Dept. To No Avail. I've Tried Every Suggestion They Made To Reach The Appropriate Dept. I Need A Replacement Phone Asap, Help!

Safe Link Wireless Tech Support is a separate number and pressing the # key 4 times does not work for the tech support number. For a live person via the tech support number press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish,then press 4 for tech support,then press 6 for other problem,then when asked for your phone number do not press any keys and wait to be prompted to speak the number. When prompted say "I don't have one". You will then be placed on hold for a representative or given the option to enter your home or cell phone number for callback.
