The above customer service number is one that is not listed on the website, but which when called, will give you an actual customer service person to speak too. Most cricket numbers like 1800Cricket and the *611 go directly to Crickets Automated System. No matter what number of buttons you push, once on the automated system you can not get to a real, thinking, helpful individual. However this number, the unlisted, unpublished, apparently for only special services number, 866-384-4425 will connect you to a live person, one that is actually nice and seems very eager to solve your problems.

I really have a problem with cricket phone company they have to money out of my account prematurely three times I've called and tried to get them to give me my money back each time they put me on hold r give me a lot around I finally got to speak to a manager name at work at the star 611 at dial automatic down he was no help he should not be in management they messed up my bank account is overdrawn I have to go get my card cancel today won't do this anymore and I am taking the subway the Better Business Bureau because this is not right this is not how you do Patriots that create a job for you for them I really want people to know how people are not right Edward needs to be fired! he get fired excuse me not in management no help at all I ask him can I speak to someone about me he said there was no one about him I asked for the corporate phone number he refused to give me the corporate number because he felt that my problem was not important enough to get a corporate office phone number

My wife and I have been with this company for several years now. I recently took my phone in because it had been dropped in water and I had insurance on it, they told me for $20.00 that I could replace the phone so I did this. When the replacement came it would not ring so I went back to the store and they said for another $10.00 that they would get me another one. This was not my fault, so after several years as a customer I will be finding another server one whose tech support people speak good english and you can understand them on the phone.

I called the 866 number listed, got an English-speaking woman who was very apologetic and professional. If you have a complaint with Cricket, try this number -- if you don't get through, try again. I've had Cricket for almost 4 years, paid $279 for my phone and have been paying $5/month for the insurance. When my phone started acting up, Cricket told me it was a system error and my phone was just going bad. I contacted the insurance company, who told me that after paying a $70 deductible (not to mention the $220 in insurance payments I've already made) that the best "comparable" phone they could give me was a ZTE Groove, which I can buy directly from Cricket for $69 which is LESS than my deductible. The replacement phone is not comparable, does not have the same features, and has received TONS of bad reviews. Cricket doesn't carry my phone's battery anymore (the clerk said my phone was a dinosaur) and it turns out, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PHONE, IT JUST NEEDED A NEW BATTERY!!!!!! So, I'll just have to wait and see if they respond at all to the complaint I made today.

It is very frustrating trying to understand someone that can hardly speak English when you are an American. Why can we, as Americans, have American customer services instead of someone Asian or foreign reading from prescribed script and barely understand what they reading themselves. Such outsourcing leads one to go to another service which has Americans where you can understand each other.

This was very poor service; very poor. I refused to talk to the person any further. I ended the call.

I am absolutely disgusted about this company!! I first would like to start off by saying that i paid my cell phone bill 4 days early with my debit card. I have proof that i paid it and My service was cut off on the original due date..?? So i went to the Cricket store here in town, and the guy got raging pissed at me because "i always have a problem with my service and my phone, go to corporate!!!!!" I was kind of shocked and taken back at first, thinking, "are you SERIOUS right now?, you are yelling at ME??you should be EAGER to help with the problems that YOUR COMPANY is causing me EVERY MONTH!!!" So, I made the 45 minute drive to Corporate to only find out that they are CLOSED DOWN!!!! Whenever i call 611, "nobody is available to speak to you, please go to the nearest store"...This service is a crock and they literally stole 40$ out of my bank acct for a service that i am not getting!!!!!! I advise anyone, Go with a different carrier, even if it is 15-20 more dollars..it will spare you the crap you will deal with down the road.

Why are they able to continue cheating people and selling a product and service that they are not able to stand behind. We the consumers look to this company to answer questions and fix problems with the product and/or service that we purchased and paid for believing that Cricket was a reputable and honest company. We are accountable to them and charged a separate fee should we not keep our account in good standing. Yet who watches over them to keep them in good standing? If there is such a person or agency, you are failing miserably. If there is no such supervision from someone other than a suit also employed by cricket, then there should be. I know I work hard for my money and so does everyone else out there. What ever happened to Business that put Honesty and Integrity behind their name and product. This company has neither virtue, nor any others that I can find or even witness through someone else. Yet they continue to rob people with their inferior products and services every single day. And evidently its "all good". All legal and not accountable to nobody but themselves. Who knew!!!! You can think up a idea for a company or serv., and as long as your paperwork is in place, yada yada yada, you can steal cheat and scam your trusting customers. So Is there truly no person up there in a position to put this company and others like them in check and hold them accountable? No consequences for their bad behavior? It makes me sad . My grandkids will never believe that once upon a time, a persons word and a hand shake was as good as, or better than a piece of paper with your name scribbled on it.

Im Posting Again Because I Recently Found Out A Shocking Discovery About My Cricket Phone Insurance Carrier If You Dont Pay The $10 Fee For Rush Delivery Your Fine The Phone Comes They Will Activate It And You Dont Have To Send The Old One In.takes A Week Or Two But Using A Charge Card To Pay For Delivery Will Cost U Plenty They Tell You Onthe Phone Keep The Old Phone We Dont Need It Then Charge You For It "retail Price" Wow Really People Dont Let Them Get Any Charge Account Number They Will Tax It To The Max I Used A Friends For$10 Now Owe Him$166 Smake In The Face Thanks Scam Artists?????
