Kindly STOP delivery of the Boston Sunday Globe to This family no longer stays at this residence and papers have been piling up since the March call when cancellation was first requested. Family and neighbors feel this is now a security issue. Thank you for your attention in this regard. e-mail address as follows:

Multiple non or late deliveries in the past two months.
Phone calls seem to do nothing.
Today's paper arrived soaking wet...all sections soaked.
Too much to ask to tie the bag like the Herald does???
The Herald was nice, dry and readable, by the way.

The Globe service is a joke and you have the nerve to raise prices.

We have contacted customer service several times to please stop delivery of the Boston Sunday Globe but to no avail. Papers pile up only to be thrown in the trash. PLEASE stop delivery to our North Attleboro address.

Sunday delivery was ok until toda, and when I called customer service the recorded message said that my account would be credited. This was at 10AM.
No wonder that the Globe is losing customers..

Today Sunday is the 5th paper I have not received since December. I live in Duxbury and want to know what is going on. I keep threatening to cancel this paper, but I enjoy having it at my door on Sunday! I have called numerous times and they keep saying the will continue sending after I have cancelled. My patience is whereing thin.

I'm a weekend subscriber. FOUR times, since 20 December 2012, no delivery. Each time I call and speak with someone who promises my account will be credited. The staff is eager to leave the office by the time I call, and they have little sympathy,or follow-through.
I want the Saturday and Sunday papers for which I am paying.

What can I do to guarantee delivery?

We are extremely unhappy with delivery service--especially on weekends. The guy comes late every single time. I even sit with my font door open in the winter or summer waiting on him. I have even asked nicely to please come sooner. I've lived here ten years and taken the Globe for all ten years with wonderful carriers til the last couple of years. The last two years I have called to and to no avail as well--locally an office here and the main number that takes you overseas. After reading the other comments, no wonder they outsourced the communications. I also put two and two together regarding the time frame in which the Globe has had very poor service, and it must have been when it got sold off. What a poor shame. We have little ones, so the ONLY time you can read the paper is early--forget the electronic version too, as you barely have enough time to check your own email. Frankly, the last two years have been ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, SHAME ON THE GLOBE. Does no one have any suggestions (besides canceling)? Thanks--

Sun. Globe subscription stopped in Nov.'12, Still getting Saturday delivery of Sunday Globe parts every week since then. That's the "advertising dump", with comics and parade mag. Most of these weeks the rest of the Sunday paper was dropped on Sundays, as if we never stopped the subscription. The stop subscription is on their records. It's risen to official level harassment at this point. After calling and writing several times- Can't seem to make them stop. They also used to ignore vacation stops during my subscription years.

My paper is consistently late, it is 9:35 on Sunday
But no delivery yet. This happens every Sunday. I am canceling my weekend subscription. I have a family and if yhe paper does not arrive early, i do not have time to read it.
