Dear SKYPE Customer Service!



I have a massive error when I call anybody from my SKYPE

to a landlaine phone. For example the customer service of my

Bank, or my home phone in Budapest HUNGARY. . .




I've already tested in "Call" the "Audio Settings" and working well,

after that I've tested "Echo / Test Sound Service" also and the sound

is clear enough.



When I call anybody via SKYPE to SKYPE working well, and clear both side.



My problem is this: when I call a landline phone number, or when I call

a cell phone number, the called person do not hear hardly anything,

and he/she do not understand anything. In addition when the support

service needs ID codes during my SKYPE-phone, the numbers are going

with errors only, and I do not able to identify myself at the customer service.



I can hear the customer service well and clear, but the called person do not

hear only a noisy sound, and he do not understand anything.



This error is only for a few days, with the new version of SKYPE:

Version 6.5.0.158



I tested Windows Vista, and Windows 7 and XP also.



Can you help me? Who has an oldest SKYPE version?

called skype customer support # on internet. Got tech support company in New Delhi. Talked to Kelvin for 30 minutes. He logged on to my computer. I was trying to buy skype credit on my tablet and it was all in Chinese script. He told me virus, all was corrupted, and then tried to sell me $300 anti virus package. Up to $600 for all our computers. we declined.

Turns out it is Tom.Com, the Taiwanese company like Amazon that is the official skype vendor in Taiwan. My machine came from there and it was loaded on to the machine thus the chinese script. Kelvin from New Delhi did not have a clue yet they were the official skype support service. Used a differnt computer and went in to that ID and was able to buy script in english. It was the machine with the Tom.com program, and not a virus.

Skype are overcharging me,they thinking are free to take many time small amount of $ 10 dlrs.from my bank account every month,cause I don't put to much attention to my bank statement ,but the last month I just called my mom for 7 min to a landline,then skype took $ 11 dlrs. Of credit I had en my account plus them charged 2 times $ 10 for no reason,is not fair ,I also traying to get any costumer service number to make a claim ,I can't find any number,I am planning cut the subscription

I got overcharche, Then I can contact no body to clear this problem, in skype is a comunication business, what you make so complicate to get in touch with you?? that say a lot of this company??

i am getting a problem as disk i/o error.right click the skype icon in the windows taskbar at the bottom right of your screen and choose quit.then restart skype if you keep seeing this error please contact skype customer support

drives me crazy when you keep thowing that false indicator that so and so is off line would you like to use sms!!!! and I can see the person typing a response but I can't type because you're trying to suck me into using sms $$$$$$$$$ and all the time that false indicator is in place I cannot insert a reply please do something to ease the unnecessary aggravation, Thank
