I sold a Monster High Doll when the buyer receivedmthe doll she said to her horrir it was broken. I have an expert examining photos photos of both dolls as I know this person switched dolls. They pulled the entire card board out and swapped it, not even trying to make it look the same. I am going to go through the proper channels with Enay. They held up my money in paypal like I was e bad guy. This is BS. Buyers Protection....it is the sellers they are taking the money from what about out protection.

If you try to access Help on Ebay, it sends you in circles of information that is usually not what you needed to know anyway. If you 're lucky, it finally provides a phone number to call. After going thru the long automated process, you may actually get an agent. On this date, agent was polite, but unable to help me know how to comply with photo standards. C'mon Ebay. Don't forget your roots ! If your sellers fail; you lose income and so does Paypal. Ebay is straying too far from its inception and may be headed for huge failure !

Buyers beware!!! You cannot trust eBay nor PayPal. I bought cultural pearls from eBay and the seller did not sent the pearls. When I contacted eBay they would not assist me and PayPal would not assist me nor provide the name of the seller in Hong Kong who picked up the money. I went to the police and they said eBay is responsible but they did nothing. The store that sold me the pearls kept sending me emails telling me that the item was not in stock and they were waiting for it. After the time elapsed, (the rules by eBay) the pearl store never responded to my emails again.
I lost $600.00 which should be a warning to any buyer. Do not count on eBay or PayPal to assist you. Good Luck!

Buyer protection is a joke Has never ever been honor'd,ebay also aids abett's abuseive corrupted sellers is cheeting the buyers,ebay use's ilegal Gumbler Viris on their email's to us to stop us from printing out the email's.I recieving abuseive Harrassing email's from seller wildcats,ebay trying to protect him & all buyers/their meal ticket's. sincerely

buyer protection is not good. I recived a bad quality product , not as decribed. You are forced to settle with the seller. seller will only refund me if I change the negative feedback which I didnt agree. Next thing, they want me to pay shipping charges internationally to ship it to china for the product I bought.does not make sense to pay for shipping.
