I was finishing an album for a wedding and today i was going to send it for printing but the web is not working!! I hope 'making some changes' do not mean that I have lost my work, and I wont be able to print the album before the wedding. Any alternative?

Very impressed with their customer service. The rep was very polite and replaced my products that I had complaints on.

I want to tell you how great I think your Customer Service is. The other day I had a problem that I didn't think could be solved and Linda did it. I am so thankful.

i order Oct 9 and it is Nov 21 and i still have not recieve the Photo Christmas card i have ordered.. and they have said they sent another order and i have not received either.. very unhappy

Amazing service! I ordered about 200 pics and when I received them for some reason about half had a fine line going trough the middle ( machine defect?) It only took me about 4-5 minutes from the time I dialed to the end of my conversation with the rep who re-ordered the entire set and placed them under priority air mail at no charge, no hassle, and was very friendly and apologetic. After 4+ years of using shutter fly for my pictures, gifts,cards, etc... this is the first time I've had an issue with their products and I'm relieved it was cleared up so easily and fast!

I am still waiting for my photos - some of which are of family members no longer with us. I was told that the photos were in the process of being moved and then that they can not be moved. I have been told to phone but am unable to get a telephone number that works.

I have been on the phone for over an hour with Shutterly and can only say WONDERFUL things about them. I was able to understand the customer service rep, he was able to understand me, the service he gave me was OUTSTANDING, he completely bent over backwards to find a solution to my time-sensitive issues, etc., etc., etc. I told him I had read many terrible reviews of Shutterfly's Customer Service and was very leary of calling, but the service I got today was exceptional.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PHOTOS TO BE PLACED IN YOUR PROGRAM FOR A VERY LONG TIME.... I HAVE TRIED E-MAILS, PHONE CALLS EVEN TRIED A TECH HELP. THEY WANTED MY $ AND HERE I AM STILL WITHOUT MY PIX!!!!

I am so dissatisfied with their NO customer service.
Nothing works! I've made several books, cups, labels, etc. and none of them has been simple - each had at least a full day of snags to deal with. The coffee mugs are of terrible quality. They break & leak all over so I just use them to hold pencils. I avoid working with Sjutterfly as they stress me out too much!

I placed an order to Shutterfly and recieved someone else's photos! I tried to resolve the issue multiple times through their on-line customer service, but I never received a reply on the status of my order. The thing that really bothers me is I have someone else's photos and they have mine! Very bad customer service. I will never use SF again!
