A couple wks. ago I was unable to acccess our business email, but was able to access home email from the business computer. Called MSN support, got ahold of a man in India. I was told they blocked my account, because someone had been using our password.They block your account without notifying you? On a business account?! I changed the password. A week later, same situation. Again, talked to some man in India. They wanted to charge me so I could access our email! I told them absolutely not, this same exact thing just happened a week ago, and I was a MSN Premium customer for 12 years. They would look into the problem, and call me back, if not at work they would call me at home. That evening to my surprise, I received a call at home. I was told the problem had something to do with the Trojan, worse than a virus, and both work & home computers were infected. They took control of my computer and deleted the viruses. They put me through to a Malware "specialist", who convinced me to have him install the Malware program on my computers, then I would be completely protected, and receive 1 yr. free call in for support. The cost $199.95. The following week, we received our credit card bill. The $199.95 charge was to a restaurant in Mobile, Alabama!! TOTAL FRAUD. Our credit card company covered us, and was going to research the fraud. I phoned MSN, talked to a lady in Phillipines, she said our credit card number wasn't even in their system, & they didn't have any program offered in the amt. of $199.95. I GOT SCAMMED from either someone from MSN, OR who he put me through to the MALWARE "specialist. When telling a friend about my situation, the following week his Dad in Wisconsin received a call from "Mircrosoft" selling Malware. He also got taken. I contacted Microsoft, and they said they never, ever make phone calls, nor do they initiate an email.

There is no MSN support! they blocked my account saying someone may be using it but ask for information that I dont have like emails of people in my account, past Passwords! topics of emails I have sent STUPID STUFF that I have in the account NOT WRITTEN any where else! you cant call, cant reach anyone by email. Just a jerk off system with no support or remedy I use the email they said was blocked on my websites I will now remove all the MSN email address from everything I can.. What a crappy company.

OMG. Why are you guys always changing things. I am getting so tired of having to figure out how to get on the main msn web page. Seriously, I think I'm going to make my main page "YAHOO" just so tired of this already. Who is in charge of these changes? Not there fault, it's your's for listening to the convincing speech and approving it. Don't you know when smoke it being blown up your ass already. Simple it best! Stop changing sh.t thinking it is better...fire the a hole who is telling you otherwise. I mean really, what age bracket are you trying to cater too (you're losing them all if you keep this up). Stop it already!

MSN YOU SUCK!!! I tried calling and opting for live support SIMPLY to let MSN know that they have middle school dropouts covering their news stories. I have seen more misspelled words and grammatical and punctuation errors in the past three months than the previous ten years cumulatively.
"PAYING CUSTOMERS" are not your only audience. I know Gates' pockets continue to get deeper but I hope this COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ETHICS FOR THAT MATTER COMES BACK AND BITES THIS COMPANY HARD!

I cannot believe how HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS! It took two months to finally get my account canceled, and then 18 days AFTER my confirmation of cancellation e-mail arrived, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN! So I called the number they provided my bank for the charge and can't get through because I "don't have a paid MSN account"!!! So infuriating. I got hung up on by the automated service 6 times and had to hunt up a number on the internet to get to billing and then I get someone in India! Barely speaks English and is going to "double check on that" to see if I've been charged! I am so completely disgusted, I will never, NEVER give any of my money to Microsoft again...EVER! This was the last straw. I can't imagine that Bill Gates wants his customers so disgusted.

I got right through to a live person who was very helpful! I was actually surprised that I was able to get to an agent so quickly that resolved my problem with hardly any effort!

Looking at the weather that comes up on the home page, I wonder where you get your information from. ie: Hope BC. your site says 18c and 8c. The actual high low for Hope BC is 8c ad 4c. ig difference. I am wondering if all the numbers for other cities is just as inaccurate

Worst customer service EVER! I have been an msn customer for 12 years and just quit. I cannot believe how horrible the customer service was!! No one speaks english, they have no idea how to help you solve simple problems, and absolutely no one has the authority to do ANYTHING. I gladly just took my money away from msn and look forward to giving it to ANY other company. I hope they bankrupt. What a HORRIBLE company.

I finally got rid of MSN & go thru Hotmail to access my emails. I was having problems for mths. w/email error reports. MSN said they would only help me if I paid the $49.95 Premium service. SAid there were corrupt files on their end but they would help me get rid of them only if I did the upgrade. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Brought my computer to a great computer guy & he told me their corrupt files ruined by C-drive & were caused by MSN messenger which could not be uninstalled. If finally threw out my computer, got a new one & will not be giving MSN another dime. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
