This is the message I get from google, with regard to my account, I was online typing one minute later, I am told that I my account will be locked down for 24 hours, you poeple at Google, Inc. rule the world right now, but if you keep this up you will be looking at the world from outspace, wondering what happen to all of your customers, trust me, I have seen it happen before, customers will walk away from, and leave you high and dry with no business at all.

Google are crap .. the only guarantee is that you will receive NO customer service or help, even if they cause the problem. So find another email address (yahoo/hotmail) and find another default search engine. Avoid ANY involement with their 'brand (sic).

I called google to get information regarding there premier edition of google apps, only to be told you have to join before they will tell you if they can help you with your problem. what rip off. They want me to spend more money with no reassurance that they will be able to help me.

My gmail account was hacked and i went through there reset things and no help so I decided to call google and explain myself. When the person answered the phone i told him my account was hacked and the guy simply said "That to bad." Then hung up. Google is a great search engine but their service is terrible.

After a planned maintenance system downtime my Adwords Search Ads stopped being shown. I tried for 2 days to reach them and finally got a Live Person which advised me Google no longer offers phone support for Adwords Advertisers.

I am trying (without any luck) to restore my gmail account that has been compromised. Absolutely no help from google on this regard.

I had a gmail account, which was hacked. I sent a registered letter to Google asking for a history of account accesses (from which IP address) for the past three months. I received the return receipt back, but never heard a word through mail or e-mail. My gmail account is history, and so is any notion I may have had about using any other google services. This company would rather aid and abet a hacker than help the victim of hacking. Let's see how many users they get for their "cloud" operating system!

You can never talk to a live person at customer service number, once you got chance to talk with a live person in a million year, you would be pushed to solve the problem through their website on your own. And they reply you no email but automatic one.

google customer service - wishful thinking.

setup my adwords account, posted ad, these ran fine (for a week), made some changes (as per guideslines!) and ads dissapeared.

that was 3 days ago. i sent mails (3), polite mails, nothing rude, but no response, except a google system mail, informing me on what I already new.

very odd, i am a resident of thailand, yet mail came from the UK (?)

odd, that a company like google (pretty much the only company in times of recession making money) can afford a no customer support policy.

GOOGLE ~ UNBELIVABLE POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND UNIMAGINABLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Most unfavorable customer experience I ever had and the worst of the worst in regard with customer service experience.Forgot my new password and in confusion google suspended the account.Into the 2nd week now the account is still suspended and google did not even bother to respond or had given any assistance despite the inconvinence and frustration it has caused.Leaving a customer helpless and upset and being most unfair to the customer.GOOGLE EXPERIENCE ~ AN UNSATISFIED AND HELPLESS CUSTOMER.
