Google support is completely worthless.
I got keylogged, lost my email, I have my schooling and a lot of other important things linked to my gmail account, I called them to see if there was some way to get it back, they directed me to a form, they expect me to remember the date I created my email, no other way to get it back. Completely unsatisfied.

this is complete B.S. my gmail account is gone, so there is no way i can get the apps i paid for on android market. if this is the way google does business i hope it fails soon. i want my ####ing money back, but no, there is no way to get it back.

For a company whose services affect a lot of lives, their customer service is =0. crappy, non-existence. They do not care and you can go to hell for all they care because u can't even speak to a live person. When they do, they will route to to a website or another voice mail. I have been trying y=to remove a catched information for weeks now, but no way. The web admnistrator has deleted the page but goggle is noticeably absent in its corresponding role to make sure the information is completely removed.

Google doesn't care about its customers, I got hacked and there backwards system of going online was a huge waste of time as was the hour or so I spent on hold expecting CUSTOMER SERVICE. I plan on launching a media attack about their crappy care of customers and while it might not do much as they are too big to care, I will at least have tried. GOOGLE SUCKS

Last night 08/14/2010 I noticed my smartphone was having trouble checking email for my gmail account. I've had this happen before, so I went to check my account and reset the password. Come to find out my account has been disabled. So I go through the process of requesting info and all the reply said was my account has been disabled and they can't re-activate it for me. I have absolutely no clue why it was disabled as all I use it for is a portal to check all of my email accounts online. I don't send spam, I just use it with certain web sites I log onto like twitter. But I also have a google voice number associated with it that I use for my business line. I can't seem to get a explanation why it has been disabled except I'm sent to a generic page that gives generic reasons why it might be disabled. I don't believe I violated terms of service. I have actually promoted services like google voice. I also have Youtube and Local listing all connected to my account. WHAT A MISTAKE!

So I am trying to relocate to Portland and I had got a few bites while I'm up here looking for jobs, but google suspended my account for unusual activity, (I'm assuming because I left more than one computer had my page open since my old lady at home probably has it open) and now I'm leaving in 1 more day and even if I had an interview I wouldn't be able to check because of this crap. Thanks google, for making sure I will miss any opportunity to relocate easily. I cant get a human that will help, they tell me to send an email that the page tells you it wont get a response for at least 2 days. So I will behalf way back to LA by the time I can even find out if I had an interview. You people are horrible and I am closing this account. I am never gong to recommend google again. If I find out I had an interview I will publicize this story all over the internet. Not only has google maps got me lost more times than I can count, but now they are sabotaging my relocation attempts and hindering my families well being. They obviously dont realize how dependent employers are upon email. Most employers only respond thru email. I hope you punks sleep well at night.

Oh, P.S. I tried your stupid text verification thru my cell and it didn't work either. Surprise, Surprise.

we have tried numerous times to call your 1-866 # and can't get through to a live person who could answer some ?'s how we could advertise to promote our website business. We have tried on adwords which we had $100
coupon voucher but we were not successful in adding all the different items to the ad.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am finished with google! If you are unluky enough to have your account disabled forget getting any help restoring it. My advice do not use this as your main email account unless you do not care if all your emails are lost.Google seems to have become too big too fast!

Did not let me speak to an actual person, kept telling me to try my call agian later when I needed help at that moment.
