Further to the previous note re how rude the "service" guy was. I called back with the right last four, dealt with a prince of a young guy named Zach and got all the help I wanted in three minutes. Zach needs to be running the customer service department.

Talk about "I can't be bothered"! He asks me for the last four of a credit card number. It belongs to an employee but I sort of remember. I was one number of as it turns out and this GoDaddy "service" person tells me I'm not even close. I call my employee to get the right number and you got it: I was one number off.
What a rude dope!

Keep in mind that you will probably get a generic answer either from phone support or from email support. Go Daddy support reps have a minimum number of calls and sales to hit each day and email support has a minimum number of emails to answer each day and therefore customer issues are often scanned through and not even researched.
